My guess is ABC already renewed Once for a Season 3, but they’re just holding off on officially announcing it.

Seriously though, The Wizard had a certain amount of technical knowledge in that he could construct gadgets to create the illusion of magic. Granted, he didn’t have modern day computery technology knowledge, but could what he did know have been the basis for him learning some of the more modern stuff, which could have something to do with GOAT’s gadgets?
Well, Victor was described by Jefferson as a”Wizard”, when in reality he was a scientist, so that could have been a hint that somehow The Wizard of Oz will tie into the magic vs. science story.

Good point! AND it would explain how Sneezy gets his memories back!
My backup theory is that the possible destruction of Storybrooke regains their memories. No Storybrooke=Belle and Sneezy’s cursed states are gone.
The no True Love’s Kiss saving Belle confirmation gives more support to my theory that Lacey/Belle remembers by drinking from the well, which is powered the same way to restore what was once lost as Lake Nostos.

Well, if it turns out Neal at least went to Neverland, then he has to drink coffee anyway. It’s just that if he’s not Peter and still went to Neverland, he gets to drink coffee with a sweetener. 😆
Interesting. That photo of Hook and Bae suggests a theory that I’ve seen suggested many times, that their relationship might have been a friendly one rather than antagonistic.

Exactly. I don’t see Ariel being wasted like that by merging her with Wendy. I mean, they don’t even share the same name and why would she change her name if she did? In regards to Rumple being both the Beast and Crocodile, the Beast and the Crocodile didn’t have their names stated in either Disney adaptation and the way he was written to be them made sense. Yes I know other sources have revealed that the Beast’s real name was Adam, but that is not exactly common knowledge nor is it ever said in the film itself. As for Red being the Wolf, that made sense in the context that two characters of the same story became one. Wendy is a girl who struggled with the idea of growing up, while Ariel is a girl who longed to explore the world above the ocean. There’s enough difference in their character traits that I can’t see them being one and the same. Ariel having red hair is another thing fans insist upon, and that’s a significant trait that I don’t see the creators not using. Not to mention, The Little Mermaid is such an iconic story of its own that I see it becoming its own focus whenever they get to it rather than merge it with Peter Pan. It’s among the most demanded stories that fans want to see depicted on the show. Also, like Keb said, Ariel has already been confirmed as a Season 3 thing at the very earliest.

I thought that was a statue of Peter? I just can’t see them merging Ariel and Wendy together like that. It’s not like Wendy is a Storybrooke counterpart or anything. They are also fairly different, character trait wise.
