I don’t think the flashbacks will be dropped at all. This is how I see it in my head (granted…in MY head lol): The core cast is in NL for most of the season. Flashbacks are Hook/Neal/Losy Boys in NL of the past but also FTL of the past where we continue to learn more about our core characters (plus, maybe one or two Emma flashbacks in our world).
The remaining characters who are not full time–Red, the dwarves, the fairies–go to the EF and try to rid it of the Ogres.
I can’t see them making such a big deal out of NL/Pan/the Lost boys and only having the cast be there for part of the finale. I think we’re going to NL for quite some time.Still not sure. The writers have been pretty good at giving us variety flashback wise. I don’t see all or most of the flashbacks being just from Neverland next Season. That would honestly get boring fast, especially when there are plenty of loose ends to tie up in Past FTL and other realms.

The key here is that Jane could totally be lying. Also, if she left FTL as a baby then she wouldn’t have an FTL counterpart. She would have been from FTL but raised here in our world.

Exactly. They made a very big deal about how difficult it was to get from FTL to our world during that time period. At the time, only Rumple’s curse and the wardrobe worked as ways to travel there. All of the beans were destroyed at the time, and Jefferson’s hat could only travel to magical realms. Rumple worked for centuries to find his way over, so if so many other people from FTL were able to cross over during that time period, I would find that a bit disappointing and contradictory to what has happened.

I understand that but I think it’s going to be awhile before we go back to FTL and Ariel is such a major Disney movie/Princess that trotting her out might help ratings. Plus, with Mermaid Lagoon as an actual place in NL, it wouldn’t totally outside the realm of possibility.
Well, we still don’t know if everyone will remain in Neverland. Whoever is going there could easily still come back to Storybrooke by the end of the finale. Plus, not all flashbacks in Season 3 will likely just be of Neverland. I don’t see the flashback aspect being completely dropped, either.
Yeah, I doubt Henry will become Peter Pan. He was born in our world at a time way after Peter Pan was introduced to our world as a story. Plus Adam and Eddy have constantly reminded fans that Henry is just Henry, nobody else.

It could go either way, though I honestly don’t buy that just because mermaids exist in Neverland that it means Ariel must live there. I kinda don’t want The Little Mermaid to crossover with Peter Pan, in all honesty. Neverland should remain its own thing dedicated to Peter Pan, while The Little Mermaid would make more sense in the realm dedicated to fairy tales (The Enchanted Forest). We’ll have to wait and see, though.

I think Robin might have been stealing straw spun into gold, which could then be given to the poor. I’m not sure why Tamara needs magic, but there is that obvious parallel in their stories. I supposed she could be affiliated as a Merry Woman, or perhaps she is Robin’s and Marain’s daughter.

Well the Severe Nurse has an appearance this episode too. Perhaps we’ll finally learn her FTL identity, and that could be it.
Ingrid Torrance plays the severe nurse (aka Nurse Ratched) in SB, not the EF. She’s white, so she can’t be Tamara’s grandmother, who looks African American in the photo she had. I don’t think the severe nurse is connected to Marian in the EF. I think she’s the one who runs the psyche ward and drugs Belle/Lacey in SB.
Oh I didn’t mean that the Nurse would be Tamara’s Grandmother, but simply Marian’s nurse. Also, sometimes the press release doesn’t reveal a FTL name. The press release for “The Doctor” for example simply listed David Anders as “Doctor Whale”, and made no mention of Victor Frankenstein.

Me and several people have suggested that Gold’s name be Adam, as it is apparently Disney’s official name for the Beast as a Prince. Adam Gold has a nice ring to it.
