ModeratorWanted to add to this with a new theory. I suspect that it will be revealed in the Season finale that Snow is pregnant with another child. I feel like the scene of Snow and Charming sleeping together in “The Cricket Game” is a possible setup for such a thing. Think of all the possibilities with Emma having a baby brother or sister. Though, it would be kinda messed up that Henry would be over 10 years older than his Aunt or Uncle.

Pretty sure Tamara is noted for having a British accent and being African American. Maybe they couldn’t come up with the PC term for a Brit of African descent? Or the character needs to be capable of faking the accent…
I never really think of Wendy as being mischievous – Naive and compassionate yes (and a natural maternal/ care taker). My mind goes to Alice for this role. As much as I was expecting Alice to be Grace’s mom this sounds like Alice’s description so far.
But, age wise, I’d say it’s more likely Wendy. Alice was 7 and 7 1/2 during her times in Wonderland. Clearly, they could age her up in this show…but Wendy was facing growing up, moving out of the Nursery: most media seem to have Wendy being 12 to 13. I guess tomorrow we’ll know how truthful the ‘not seeing Peter Pan’ this season was. If Nealfire is the Peter Pan – and not just a Lost Boy – I’d wager this is Wendy and we’ll be getting an adventurer Wendy/Peter backstory. They’re going to have to do the Dylan Schmid/ Bae backstory soon before he grows too much! 😆
Ironically, Alice and Wendy are both voiced by the same actress (Kathryn Beaumont) in the Disney films. Still going with Alice based on both the description and the fact that the name “Heidi” has the exact same meaning as the name Alice.

I don’t think she’s Jefferson’s wife, because they’re asking for someone who is 13 to portray this role.
LOL. You’re totally right. But maybe a young Alice meets a young Jefferson and they explore worlds together and eventually grow up and get married and have Grace.
Maybe, but still doubt it. Also, if this casting call really is for Alice, I think the “Jack is also Alice” theory can die. The casting call doesn’t match Jack at all, and I was never a supporter of that theory anyway.

I don’t like when people do that either! I mean for goodness sakes, just trust them and watch the show- they aren’t stupid. They know what they are doing. To make judgements based on hints seen on spoilers before the episode even airs is just silly.
Not to mention based on set photos that were unofficially taken by someone not authorized by ABC. I’m sure ABC is not happy that these set photos have been leaking, since they have given away spoilers before.

It seems a little late in the season to be introducing a new character as important as Wendy or Alice to me. So maybe this is an insignificant person that’s randomly connected to someone else’s backstory, or this is someone we’ve already seen as a younger version.
Unless Alice’s introduction has to do with the proposed Mad Hatter spin-off, and this will somehow tie into that. In an interview back in like December, the creators gave a straight up “no” to seeing Alice this Season, but I would be willing to say that has changed ever since the spin-off was thought of.

12. La Tandoor Indian Restaurant — Anyone else think of Aladdin?
I thought Aladdin was a Chinese guy and that his story was settled in Maghreb. That Indian Restaurant makes me think of The Jungle Book and Mowgli ^^
Not to mention the Disney take on Aladdin takes place in Argabah, which is supposed to be in the Middle East. Sidney’s genie character even says he is from Agrabah.

That’s where I read about Tamara having a “British” accent, at least originally.
I personally hope it isn’t her, as I like the idea of Alice much more.
The lack of asking for an African American still seems to rule her out.

ModeratorIf they can break the barrier curse and all leave Storybrooke freely without losing their memories, I always thought an episode where they go to Disney World would be very amusing. There’s just so many possibilities!
MatthewPaul
ModeratorI doubt “Heidi” is Young Tamara, because Tamara’s casting call did not mention her being British and it specified “African American.” My money is on Alice, but the only problem is the creators said no to seeing Alice or Wonderland again this Season. Perhaps they changed their mind, for the sake of the possible Mad Hatter spin-off series.
