Hopefully there is no “Who done it” mystery associated with this death. That formula has been done to death on this show, no pun intended.

That’s true. They might not be ruby, because that was the movie version only. Disney would probably have to get permission from Time Warner (who currently owns the movie) to use the “ruby slivers.”

However, The writers also said we wouldn't see Peter Pan this Season, so if he does show up in whatever way, they would be contradicting themselves.
What’s tricky about Regina is that while she definitely has some good in her and we’d like to see her redeemed for good, she is still the “Evil Queen.” I just hope the writers don’t keep going back and forth on where she stands, as far as being good or bad. What also makes her tricky is where she all fits in with the rest of the characters. She has to make some really significant character changes in order to get on good terms with everyone else, and not only that but what would be her purpose on the show once she is good?
While I would like Cora to be dealt with by this episode, I have my doubts about it. The creators may want to drag her out till the Season finale, which is only 2 episodes after this.

I think Ursula will remain her own character and half-squid, hence the “squid ink.”

In regards to Wonderland Adam and Eddy stated in an interview a few months ago that we wouldn't see Wonderland again this Season, so that might not happen.
