ModeratorMaybe Cora disguised herself as a hag (like Regina’s character did in the original Snow White story). We unfortunately never got to see the famous interaction between the hag and Snow in favor of Regina openly convincing Snow to eat the apple, but perhaps we’ll get that between Cora and Eva instead.

ModeratorAlthough I personally ruled out Pocahontas, that doesn’t mean we can’t include American mythology that doesn’t have a basis in truth:
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow – Who doesn’t want to see the Headless Horseman?
Johnny Appleseed
Paul Bunyon
Pecos BillMatthewPaul
ModeratorI wonder if Rumple has a portal specifically for A Land Without Color, or if he has the ability to portal jump without any object (aside from no magical worlds such as our’s)?

ModeratorMaybe he really only needed the cane when he was originally Mr. Gold, before he met Emma and regained his FTL memories? He could also simply have the cane as a weapon whenever he needs it, as he has demonstrated on Moe and Hook. 😆

Ariel. She was my favorite Disney princess and my boyfriend’s too when we were both little. Robin Hood would be interesting (I’m actually watching the BBC version and can see, how parts of the story can fit on Once).
I’m not sure Pocahontas would work, because like Daniel said, she’s a real person. Plus, I would feel bad about her character being messed up even more, adding to the damage that Disney did to her.
Agreed about Pocahontas. There’s too much historical evidence that proves she’s not just some mythological/fictional character. In fact, she even has living descendants. Mulan was even somewhat crossing the line, but I’ll give her a pass because she’s treated as a legend and as far as I know there hasn’t been any evidence of her existence in the real world. Some defenders of Pocahontas being included might defend that a fictional version of her character could still exist in some other world on Once, but where do you draw the line? If Disney had never produced an animated feature based on her, she probably wouldn’t even be suggested.

ModeratorDracula is the next likely choice, as others have stated. I would like to see The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, which also doesn’t hurt having a Disney adaptation already.

OZ hint.I’m a shipper, so in the moment he could be the wrighter or somebody from Oz or both.
Probably not a legit hint, but Frank OZ was the actor/puppeteer who played Yoda in Star Wars. That MUST be what the Star Wars clues mean! 😆 In all seriousness, Greg being the Wizard of Oz would certainly be a weird twist.

ModeratorDefinitely the Blue Fairy, but aside from her, Rumple and Hook have been around far longer than most of the characters. Rumple was around when Geppetto was only a little boy, so he’s at least been around for over 80-100 years, Rumple is still alive because he’s the dark one, and Hook is still alive because he was in Neverland for so long.

ModeratorGreg is a writer, huh? I wonder if he and August know each other…It does seem like Greg is serving a parallel role to August this Season. Both appeared in Storybrooke as a “stranger” right in the middle of the Season. Although, at least we learned Greg’s name right away.

That’s my thoughts. Think about it. All information that points to Bae being in the episode is the title card really and our assumptions based upon spoilers. The synposis says they’re off to find him, never do they say “they find him”. So I think it’s more to keep us all guessing. Do love the “unknowns” though oooooooooooo
Is it just me or does it feel like they have kept quiet about this episode more than any other thus far….I mean it feels like we’ve seen more pictures and heard more spoilers from The Queen is Dead and The Miller’s Daughter than Manhattan…and I mean things that they have released themselves…not the pictures that were taken when they were filming Manhattan that were posted on the blog.
If my calculations are correct, we’ll get the full press release for the episode tomorrow. ABC Medianet (the site that originally publishes all of the press releases) tends to release the Once press releases/photos on either Mon or Thurs. Usually, the press release for the episode is given out at least 3 weeks before the episode airs, normally on that Mon. I would expect photos from the episode to be posted on Thurs or the following Mon.
