When are they starting filming? They might not have anything to show.
Filming starts on July 6th, so they’d only have about a week’s worth of footage. But if they do go to Comic Con, they might save actual clips for that week instead.

They have. My question is what this means for SDCC? With the 2 events so close together, will they do both, or is it just gonna be D23? Guess we’ll find out soon.

I think she may have been there auditioning. I could potentially see her as Lucy’s mom.
*sigh* Guys, I specifically made this thread to focus on the potential POSITIVES of Season 7. Can we please keep the negativity to a minimum? It defeats the purpose of this thread, and it’s going offtopic. I specifically stated this at the start of the thread:
We all have mixed feelings regarding Season 7, but I would like to take this thread to fully focus on just the potential positives. So let’s keep the “They’re losing too many cast members, it’s gonna be terrible”, “they’ll ruin all the happy endings” or “the ratings are going to crash” nonsense out of this. We’ve already had plenty of other threads to vent about that.
I think they’re doing Harley Quinn. There was a spoiler a few months back that Gotham would introduce Harley toward the end of the season but I’ve seen no one except Lee to fit that bill.
If that’s true, I just noticed one of the most obvious potential puns: HarLEE Quinn. Though I was hoping they’d actually have Harley Quinn be Harleen Quinzel, the name of the original character from the animated series and comics. I guess they’d be merging the two together, which I guess makes sense, since both characters were doctors who worked at Arkham Asylum. However, I’ve also seen speculation that Barbara might also be Harley, but maybe Barbara is a red herring that they want us to think about?
I wonder if he’s going solo or working with someone. Also, is he an “any” character or does he tackle one specific?
I don’t think new writers get to write an episode all on their own, so I imagine he’ll be working with another writer. Most episodes are 2 writers in general, of course.
