I think the one thing that you do need to consider, @Grimmsistr, is that the casual viewer might not take a shine to your theory. We’re going to be luck if the casual viewer *remembers* Leo and Eva at this point. They are almost NEVER brought up. So the idea of baby swapping and changelings and torrid Eva/Henry Sr love affairs seems so soap opery that the casual viewer might not be thrilled. And also, this gets promoted as a family show. (whether it actually is, is a totally different debate) Don’t know how the mouse would feel about some of this…
Im not sure if you are giving the “casual viewer” enough credit here. Im a casual viewer on other shows and that doesnt meen I forget the characters . Besides they are the parents (Leo, Eva and Henry) of our main characters, the viewer cant not know who they are.
and I doo hope the show is written for the viewer that actually follows it, and not the “on and off viewers” then they would need to dumb down the storyline in order for everyone to follow it. But that would not be good for the show.
There is nothing wrong with soap opera. If that is what you wanna call it. But I disagree that this storyline would be that.
and why, may I ask, doo you think that any of this that I proposed would not be permitted on a Family show??? Im very curious for that… Is it just because Eva would have had sex, and a child she gave up, before marriage? Or is it that the kids would not be able to follow the storyline?
[adrotate group="5"]GrimmsisterParticipantI by the idea that it was Blue “Her confidant” that Eva gave up her first born too, because she thought a good fairy Godmother would make sure the child was put in a good place and taken well care of-
I love the fact that that ties in the old folklore of fairies being baby snatchers- “Come with me oh -human Child -to the Waters of the Wild” <3 <3
But I believe it was Regina that was Evas first born and that she was the baby that Wicked (first born of Cora) was switched with. This could be the story where we see Rumple and Blue working together on a baby switching scheme, because I think it was Rumple that took Coras baby.
and yeay! for Slurpeez for seing the light 😉 or mabe you have seen it for a long time, but I felt pretty alone in thinking that the baby in Coras arms in the ‘Millers Daughter” ep. was Wicked.

You’re really stuck on that, aren’t you? lol Look at Pinocchio. He was a red head for his childhood and August certainly wasn’t. She was a red head cause that’s the baby they chose at that time. And Cora had dark red-brown hair that got darker as she aged. Same with Regina
Heh! Yes very.. but only ’cause I would love that story so much. And francly if the explaination turns out too be as you say- Thats the baby that was handy, then thats just boring. Its not only the red hair thing, there is a lot of things in here that ties in perfect if Wicked is the real Regina.
blazin’ H’lls I cant wait to find out the answer to this one !
GrimmsisterParticipant—- Why wait until S3B to bring her in an seek revenge on Regina? Because they didn’t have this plotted out until the end of S2/middle of S3A. Wicked “waited” so long because she wasn’t an idea in A and E’s head until after S1 and S2.
how doo you know they didnt have that particular idea plotted out earlier? have they said somewhere, or doo you assume?

If he hadnt loved her- He wouldnt have married her at that point.
I think this is very unlikely just because it’s wholly complicated and they aren’t going to retcon Cora being Regina’s mother. It basically takes away *everything* they set up in S1 and 2. This is also why I have an issue with WickedSisters…it takes away from the Cora/Regina relationship.I disagree Cora not being Reginas biological mother would take something away from their relationship. The only thing I wish they would have done (assuming its true Cora is not Reginas bio-mother)- was not too have killed her, so that they could have shown how the two of them would have dealt with this knowledge, thats when something “could have” been taken away from the relationship, but only if Regina and Cora would have let it been taken away. What doo you see as being taken away?
I dont get why everyone is so opposed too this idea? I think it would be absolutely brilliant!! it ties so many things together.
You said it takes away everything they build up in S1 and 2. But no! It answers a lot of the things they set up in previous seasons- Why was baby Regina a redhead? Why did Young Regina and child Snow look and act so similar? Why did Rumple talk of Regina as being portable? etc… And then to mention what they are setting up now, with Wicked. Why does Wicked hate Regina? Why does she look like Cora? Why did she take over Reginas Castle and clothes? etc. etc…

Sometimes I know I’m just not in the right mood to deal and just want to see my shippy goodness but you simply can’t avoid chat. I’m not good at all the web design stuff so I assume it’s a huge task to move it to it’s own page, though, so you can choose when you want to see it and when you don’t.
I have to disagree with removing the chat too its own individual page, because speaking from my own perspective, when Im on the chat I also use the different threads and it would be very difficult if we had to go back and forth between the pages to get from a thread and back too the chat.. But perhabs somehow the webpage-builder folk can create a hidding function of a sort? Im not sure if its possible?
GrimmsisterParticipantI was contemplating over this thing Again, as I cant seem too stop doing right now- Oh bless the days when we will know whats going on with the Wicked!
Anyway, this acured too me. If Wicked is Coras real daughter (exchanged as a baby for Regina by Rumple) her revenge aganda against Regina will be for almost the same exact reasons as Coras hate agenda against Eva was- the reasons being that each hate their respective enemy, because they are jealous that they have the kind of life they so lustfully long for!
Eva/Regina are Royals with fortunes and priviledges. Cora hated that about Eva thats why she invested her hole life into bringing Eva down (on her knees) and take over her title as a Royal (through her daughter) Now Wicked hates that Regina took her place and wants to bring her down so she can take it back. Somehow Wicked knows about what happened- That she was replaced by Regina as a baby. And she feels that the Royal title and everything that comes with it (such as nice dresses and Castles and stuff) is rightfully hers.
Anyway, main thing that I wanted to say was- The stories of “Cora vs. Eva” and “Wicked vs. Regina” resembles eachother perfectly. Another good reason why this theory is gonna be true 🙂
February 3, 2014 at 12:58 pm in reply to: EPISODE 18 title just released on Twitter BLEEDING THROUGH #242562GrimmsisterParticipantHmm! all some very interesting thoughts you guys have had over this new title. I’ve got nothing on this- other then thinking its the oddest title ever.
but I like this-
Cinders- “I don’t know if we’ve ever seen a story where they’ve switched hearts. Where by switching hearts, each receives the personality of the other, but often their true self bleeds through. Possibly as babies, someone has switched the hearts of WWW and Regina.—- Unfortunately, I think we might literally see a bleeding through. In a twist of fate, Robin comes to the aid of Regina. An arrow through WWW’s switched heart might slowly kill Regina. Or, using the arrow that always finds it’s mark, Robin will aim for WWW’s heart, the arrow will turn in mid air and strike Regina.”
dont know if it could Work though?
and this-
Phee- “I think whatever situation there was with Cora/Henry/Leo/Eva back in the day is gonna “bleed through” into present day events. Even though that previous generation are all dead, something to do with all of that is gonna be dredged up in present day. Of course, not knowing for sure what those flashbacks will entail makes it tricky to predict what that something that bleeds through could be.”
that sounds possible.
GrimmsisterParticipantS4 the end :'( …No no no. Now that they have gone this long, lets go all the way too the magical number 7, there is no other way.
GrimmsisterParticipantThis whole Henry driving thing goes back to what I said awhile ago, what if Henry has a slightly changed personailty spawned from his new memories. The Henry we know and love is the way he is because living in SB with the knowlege he had gave him hope and belief in something most kids gave up on. Now he is one of the kids. He doesn’t belive in magic, maybe he doesn’t believe in happy endings. Sure he has had a good life as far as his memories are concerned but who knows what he is now that he nece had to believe in fairytales or magic. He could have stolen that truck to have a bit of fun in town…. Thats the gist of this post >>
Yes, Watcher! Exactly what Im thinking. His personality has slightly changed from growing up in a different environment, and offcourse he is now also a teenager.
Its fun, I think, they maybe using this scene to put in contrast with the scenes where Charming takes Henry to the stables, to teach him about horses and to ride. That scene is sort of a zen like “Mr Miagi teaches karate to the kid”.. where in this scene with the car, Henry is in charge and not exactly learning any kinda zen from Charming, who is just holding on for dear life 😀
