I know I was a bit fast with the posting button there.
The ‘cream puff’ is just a danish slang way of saying he is an inflated, smug guy. Full of himself, full of air and milky sugar- Yawk !!
But it’s never over before the fat lady sings right ? A fat lady would sing if she had a cream puff to eat I think 😀
