Reviews, theories, and talk about ABC's Once Upon a Time TV show
Holy crap-balls. Looks like some sort of wolf den… Wolf CULT? I am excite.
If they do kill him off, it’ll literally be in the last episode. Of the series. Like, he’ll finally find a way to redeem himself (as much as one can redeem themselves from his evil) and then he’ll die. But he’ll die happy, and at peace.
In the Cabin-o-Torture?
Oops, sorry! Totally missed that haha. Yeah, that’d be really cool, a little reference on the side. I’d like that, too.
Nightmare Before Christmas? No, it stemmed from Tim Burton’s mind… I just don’t think that movie characters really fit in, whether or not they are Disney. Doing a Disney incarnation -of- a storybook character, sure. But something that was purely made to be a movie and has no real connection to classic stories? Ehhh. Frankenstein, Dracula, Ichabod Crane, Jekyll and Hyde… Those are the characters we need to see in Gothic Horror world.
Remember that Frankenstein doesn’t have “magic” in his world. So a walking-talking skeleton or rag-doll would just be weird. The horrors of his world are malformed humans, diseased minds, uncontrolled transformations.
Wow, fantastic eyes. Great catch!
I thought of the world as more of a Gothic horror world, I like the idea of Transylvania or something similar. I mean if they’re going to stick with storybook characters, as they have been (whether they be myths, stories, fables, novels) it seems more like… Jack Skellington seems a little too… Silly? Modern? He’s also a movie character, as opposed to a book character.
Absofreakinglutely. What a fabulous post. This is the best depiction of women on TV right now, if not ever. It’s really striking, to me.
Oh my god. Fairytale rappers.
I can’t unsee/unthink this.
