The week before The Finale, my semester and the students from the one below us went on an excursion (the whole week). Funnily enough to the city I actually come from, so I could live at my parents house and watch the Once episodes.
Anyway, during the trip a friend of mine – also Once fan – found out that one of the girls from the other semester was a huge Once fan, too. So I went up to her and us three started talking about Once, how great it was and so on. We were so excited, like a five year old at Disneyland, lol. Our professor was just standing beside us with typical expression “Crazy women, what ARE they talking about??”
So, we started explaining to him about the show (wow, did we mess that one up). He was so confused! Then I asked the girl what her favourite character was and my prof just buts in and with a very ironic voice says “Rumpelstilskin!”
You can image that we just burst into hysterical laughter. πŸ˜† Again he looked irritated and we explained how Rumpel is a really important character in the show adn as it happens it actually was the girl’s fave character!
It was brilliant. I wish someone had filmed it …

I believe no one wrote the book … It wrote itself as a guide for Emma. Got nothing to sustain the theory, but it’s just that I want that book to be magical, writing itself and not be influenced by anybody. Of course August added some pages, so the book can be tampered with, but I don’t think – or rather, what to believe – that anybody wrote it for some big purpose.

On Friday the UEFA EURO Cup began and it’s going until the end of June, so that’s something to take my mind off OUaT. For all none Europeans: That’s the European Football/Soccer Cup. And I’m happy to report that Germany won against Portugal – even though the one goal was the only highlight of the game, the rest was boring, unfortunately.

Otherwise reading my fairy tales books and preparing for exams. 😐 In that respect I’m quite happy there’s no OUaT to distract me. This forum already does that. πŸ˜€

Well in the RPG world, a sword is not just a sword especially when there is some magical context applied. Apparently, this is actually a magic (read light-weight) sword with a dragon slaying buff of +200% and dexterity bonus +10 (would explain the record number of critical hits (or near hits) with rookie fighters even when be thrown). πŸ˜€

Would Emma have made that lobster comment if it wasn’t coastal? Just wondering since I’ve never been to Maine.

Yeah, that’s what irritated me. Maybe she meant in SB. I don’t know. The way she said it, it seemed that in in FTL there’s only one true love for everyone. Then again, that would mean Rumple didn’t truly love his first wife – since she left or died, it could be that way, but still …

He’s called Woody Wulf and is by a truly cute brand called Nici. They’ve got such great stuff!

Here’s a link with loads of merchandise with Woody Wulf. ^.^ You can change the language to English in the upper right corner.

    edited to add:
On Friday I read a book and while I read it I just had to think of the Charming family. In the book this couple gives their daughter to another family member to take care of and then they jump back in time (the whole story is about time jumpers), because it’s the only way to keep her safe. When I read it my mind just went “Hm, not going to a different world, but to a different time. Parents always act the same, lol.”
If anyone’s interested, it’s called Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier and it’s the first book of her gemstone trilogy. πŸ˜‰

Rapunzel is one of the few stories where the main character has a kid. In fact, she’s got twins. OMG! Maybe Charming’s mother is Rapunzel, lol! Although, in the fairy tale Rapunzel has a girl and a boy … And Charming’s father truly doesn’t seem to be a prince.

Who knows if they’ll do the story and if they’ll do it, on what they’ll base it on. ^^

Furthermore, Regina says to Snow that the apple wouldn’t kill her, just make her look like she was dead, but her mind still intact. I can’t remember the exact words. She says so in An Apple Red as Blood.
