Okay I just had a radical idea. You all know how many of us have speculated for awhile that The Blue Fairy aka Mother Superior is the one who turns August back into a boy based upon the spoiler pics. What if it is Tamara who has magic of her own and turns August back into a little boy to keep him from spilling everything he knows about her a & her intentions about Storybrooke, Neal and possibly Rumple to Emma, Neal, David & Rumple. Because the more I watch those promos. the more I am inclined to think that she may have known August before meeting Neal. I'm thinking she could be a dark fairy from FTL .
I’ve wondered if she might not have magic myself…all the talk about the curse Regina wanted to cast last episode to make Henry think that he loved her makes me wonder if that kind of curse can be cast on an object to enchant it so that whoever wears it will think that they love you. We know enchanted items work in our world…if Tamara had a ring or other piece of jewelry that she gave to Neal that was enchanted (no I haven’t looked)…then maybe he really isn’t in love with her at all…maybe he just thinks he is…okay maybe grasping a little but I want that wallmoved sooner than later.

Honestly, I think David will step aside to let Neal and Henry bond. He and Neal both have that in common…finding their kids after a long time of not being with them. If anyone understood how Neal felt it would be David. Besides PC and (possibly) Peter Pan would definitely have different fighting styles…Learning from both of them would have to be an advantage.

Poor Emma. It looked like her and Neal were starting to be more comforable around each other, too. If I could hug all SwanFire supporters in ths thread I woud. (hug)
Yeah, I think this episode revealed what may really be going on in Emma’s heart and mind right now…she’s at war with herself…her head is telling her to move on…she can’t trust him and her heart is saying she wants him back and I think that Gold calling her on that revealed that her heart really was winning until “ugh” Tamara showed up …Emma really looked hurt. And no…this doesn’t change my mind either…I don’t like Tamara…and I can’t wait for her to find out that Emma is Neal’s baby’s momma 😈 Yes, I will be gloating.
That was one of the things that bothered me about Season one…Frederick found the car and then we don’t see Frederick again (from what I remember…I could be getting episodes backwards)…but regardless it was just dropped…Kathryn was there only to cause conflict between MM and David.
I bet Tamara is there for the same reason…to cause conflict…and she’s totally unnecessary…there is already conflict between Swanfire. They certainly don’t have a triangle (yet) for Rumbelle and that romance is total angst. The triangle (imo) is overdone…almost every tv show that has a romance uses it to death. And every time they add a new character for this kind of thing it cuts down on the screen time the established characters have and on a ensemble show that can be a considerable amount of screen time.
She may be a likable character in the end…for me that doesn’t matter…the purpose she already serves is enough for me to dislike her.
dena81 I have to agree with you completely…if they do not make Swanfire endgame why even bring him in in the first place. and I have to just awwww at your post BeastWhisperer…so sweet of her thinking of life with Neal and Henry even if they really didn’t have anything…that was one of the things I liked about their relationship…despite the fact that they didn’t seem to have a lot they genuinely seemed happy.
That would be good news…I know that Jane Espenson said that the writers stay in Burbank (spelling?) and don’t really see the actors while they are filming. I doubt he’d be meeting with them on the weekend though and I think the tweet said he had just got there on the 23rd. Perhaps if he did meet it was yesterday or today. Could be back in Vancouver though…if Lacey is his backstory I would think they would be filming by now but maybe it’s not or they may be taking a few days break because of the Oscars.
ETA: just saw the Robert Carlyle tweet thread…so Lacey may be Belle centric instead of about Bae.
Not sure if he attended or not but that might have been why he was there…he said something about being in L.A. and then later gave a tweet that said:

I can still find that by googling even though it’s actually removed from twitter.
Didn’t think much of the tweets when I first saw them but when I checked back later and they were removed just wondered why…that maybe he didn’t have much to do in whatever episode they were doing now or something along those lines ( Since I think for the most part he’s been staying in Vancouver rather than commuting…or at least that’s the way it seemed…I know he watched the Superbowl there)..
He did have one earlier on the 19th about the actors prayer which made me wonder if he had gotten a script he didn’t like or some scene that might be hard to do or something…can’t repeat it…that kind of language isn’t allowed here but I do think that one is still on twitter.

You’d think if there was a picture of Tamara there they would have found it and mentioned it. I still think she pursued him and he’s just with her to try and move on. If Emma had given him any indication that she still had feelings for him I think he would have dropped Tamara pretty quickly…and that may be what it takes to get them back together…Emma is the one that is going to have to admit her feelings (as long as the writers continue in that direction…fingers crossed).
ETA: I kind of think that Neal’s reaction to Emma when he first sees her and says her name screams that he still loves her imo.
