I’d only accept Rumpel as Regina’s father if he was unaware of her true parentage. I don’t believe for a second that Rumpel would sacrifice his own daughter’s innocence for the sake of the curse. I just don’t buy it.
I agree…as hard as he has fought for Bae I don’t see him knowingly treating another of his own children the way he’s treated Regina. But what a shock if it turns out to be true and he didn’t know…first Henry then Regina…I’m sure Rumple will be beside himself.

Here’s a spoiler about this ‘mystical healer” that might be connected to reconnecting Philip with his soul:
Question: I’m loving Once Upon a Time this season, but will we ever see Sidney Glass (Giancarlo Esposito) again? He’s been locked in that underground cell for months! —Dan R.
Ausiello: The man you seeketh — Esposito, not Glass — is a wee bit busy these days as a series regular on Revolution. (Don’t feel too embarrassed for forgetting — NBC’s blackout hit has been hibernating since Nov. 26 and won’t return till March.) I do, however, have some consolation Once scoop for you. Producers are casting a role enigmatically known as The Healer. He’s described as being an Asian male in his late 50s or 60s, a powerful and revered figure known for helping folks in terrible trouble. As you might expect from this mystical type of character, he’s known to fancy a flowery turn of phrase, and doleth out cryptic descriptions does he. (See what I did there?) Deep down, though, The Healer is deeply moral, he knows right from wrong and understands that his great powers come with great responsibilities. Now we’ll just have to see if one of those responsibilities will be helping Mulan revive the cursed Phillip when this healer pops up in Episode 18.

mich7ParticipantThere were some people joking on another forum that the wardrobe department must be short on funds and they can’t afford to fully cover the actors anymore.

I like the last one…I want to know what Mr. Gold’s response to that is. We know he was involved with obtaining Henry, but I always assumed there was a go between, because no one could leave SB. In my head it played out this way: The BF and August have been working together. Someone August or the BF learn of Emma’s pregnancy and August brings baby Henry to the BF (in my version the BF has had her memories for a long time, maybe the whole time) and then the BF gives the baby to Rumple to give him to Regina. It makes the most sense to me that Mother Superior would be the one handling an adoption.
And as Mother Superior I would think BF would be doing charitable work…finding the home for a baby would fall into that category I would think.

I think we still have to consider as well who gave the globe to Rumple in the first place – Cora. Can’t really trust her that’s for sure..
If Neal is Bae’s descendent, wouldn’t the globe also show Henry as well then?
Have there been any spoilers on where August is? I haven’t thought about what he’s been up to in a while but there might be something going on with him.
The globe could have required blood to operate to find your hearts desire or it could simply be that it finds direct descendants like a son or daughter but not grandsons or great grandsons. We really don’t know how the thing works and I’m not really sure they will ever explain it.
@myril…the thing that bothers me about that is if Neal turns out to be Bae and Emma and Hook wind up together that it means Hook took his mother from him and then the mother of his child and considering his tragic life that is beyond sad (and does sound way too much like a soap opera).mich7ParticipantI know Gold was involved with the adoption but didn’t the writers say that Gold didn’t remember anything until Emma told him her name at Granny’s inn…I mean he would not have been able to leave Storybrook when Henry was adopted if that were true.

I saw that first one today….totally awesome…loved Rumple in it…Gold’s gardening tips 😆
mich7Participant😆 agree with EvilQueen
mich7ParticipantMost precious cargo? I wonder if he was supposed to be a distraction for the Charmings while Cora was looking for the dagger and he was found early or something.
And the line “step away from my husband”…kind of see that in my mind with Snow having an arrow pointing to whoever she is talking to (Hook or Anton).
