I don’t get this whole choice thing between Bae and Belle. I don’t know where this reasoning is coming from. Love for a child and romantic love are two different things and people are allowed to have both. And they do have both. I don’t get why people want to make it into some kind of competition between Belle and Bae about whom Rumple loves more.
And even if Bae is still a child when Rumple finds him, although I don’t think he is, he won’t be living with his father forever. As much as we love our children, at some point they start their own lives. So we shouldn’t make our lives revolve only around them. Well, maybe some people do it but I think it’s not healthy. There is room for another kind of love than the love for a child in our hearts and it’s perfectly fine. There is nothing wrong about that.

People choose their favourites and the one that gathers the most votes is the winner. There are people who voted for the winner and the ones that voted for something else, but were in minority. Isn’t it how polls work.
I’m sorry but I just don’t understand why posters here should be denied the right to vote for episodes they liked the most.

I don’t know if they get their happy ending or not, it’s too early to tell. And I agree that their reunion was rushed and unrealistic, especially Belle’s reaction. She was surprisingly fine for a person who spend 28 years in a mental hospital. But on the other hand this whole episode was rushed, there was so much going on, too much for me, so there wasn’t enough time too concentrate on anything in particular.
I think that people are taking what Rumple said about power in the last scene too literally. I don’t think he is power hungry. We must not forget why he created the curse. He hasn’t found his son yet. That’s probably how he planned the whole thing: first find himself in the land without magic where his son went to and then bring the magic back so that he could use it to find Bae. How else would he be able to track down Bae. It would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
And we have already seen that he is willing to give up his powers once he finds Bae so let’s not exaggerate here with this power hunger. He was fine without it for 28 years.

I’m going to be disappointed with Jefferson if he agrees to work for Regina after she screwed him over last time. It doesn’t matter what promises she makes. If I were him I wouldn’t trust a word she’s saying.

Having Regina as your official gurdian is definitely not the position you would like to find yourself in.

I’m still hoping Belle manages to run away from the asylum, possibly with someone’s help. Maybe Jefferson will land somewhere near her hospital cell in the next episode and give her a hand. The chances are slim though.

For me it’s not that important whether she believes or not. I mean it’s important for the plot, but for me with this character the real problem lies somewhere else.
I would like to finally see her behave like a grown-up 28-year-old woman, who has a child, is fighting to get full custody of her son and preparing to become a full-time mum. I would like her to be able to face her problems, take responsibility for her actions and make rational, well-thought decisions.
In the scene with August I’m not sure I expected her to believe, even though the proof was right in front of her eyes. What I expected from her was to hear him out with an open mind and give some thought to what he said instead of running away in panic.
Hopefully she will rise to the challenge next time.

She chose not to see it. That’s a difference. She was looking at it and saw what she wanted to see. She might do the same when confronted with the real proof unless she changes her attitude.

And I think that what she really needs is to grow up and start dealing with the problems like an adult rather than constantly run away from them.
She was confronted with the real proof in the last episode- Pin’s wooden leg. It didn’t help.

I just don’t see what the point would be of making a character who is already miserable even more miserable. We’ve already seen him go through the loss of the two people he loved. We’ve seen him dealing with the pain and guilt for centuries. If we were to see him experience yet another loss there wouldn’t be too much character development, I think. Something has to change to keep his story interesting and change the dynamics a bit. The writers can’t make him go through the same type of situation over and over again. That’s not good writing in my opinion.

It wasn’t his job to raise her. He was seven years old. Adults made the decision for him to bind his fate with Emma’s. And I think it was unfair to place so much responsibility on his shoulders and expect him to make sacrifices for Emma. He was just a kid.
And I’m not sure he made it worse. Emma is so panicked right now because she is on the verge of believing.
