I think he may very well be a bastard. I’m anxious to meet Rumpel’s wife via flashbacks. She may have had something to do with Rumpel’s “coward label.” Maybe she left him because of it. Or maybe the evil Duke killed her. The way he was taunting Rumpel made it seem like he knew exactly what happened to her. I hope I’m wrong though.
Just for the love of God, don’t let it be Cora! 😯 Rumpel’s backstory is sad enough. 🙁

We don’t know Gold’s first name unless it is Mister, and I don’t believe that, and I don’t think that Baelfire would go by his regular name in our world. While it may be fine for FTL, for someone growing up in our world that becomes a name worthy of an a**kicking. So I think they share the same first name. 😀

I agree that the prosepcts of everyone walking around happy is a bit far-fetched. But I’m not sure how that leads to Belle’s death. Ok, having Belle and Rumpel walking around will be uncomfortable and dangerous, but so is having Snow and Charming walking around. Regina still hates them and Rumpel is on the loose and they always fall victim to his tricks. But, that doesn’t mean that one of them has to die. I’m not following your logic. 🙁
The writers brought Belle back into the story so that it would cause more tension. Her story in “Skin Deep” was supposed to end in death, but the writers found a way to bring her back into the main plot. Her very purpose it to cause tension and conflict. So yes, having them walking around intimidating people is probably exactly what the writers want.

I went absolutely GAGA for the 25th celebration thread. It had everything. Gorgeous artwork, roses, silver, testimonials, stories…it was amazing! Thank you for putting so much hard work into it. 😀 Can’t wait to see the 50th anniversary thread. By the way, I love the idea of Hades and Persephone as the theme for the next OP.. It’s very dark and romantic. 😉

Thank you so much! 😀 It took months for me to finish. And yes, Fan Forum is HUGE!!! There are millions of members on there. I spend most of my tiem there. And the Rumbelle fandom is also quite large. It’s always nice to be surrounded by people who share the same of love of Rumbelle as you do. So, I make sure to keep myself busy on that site. I’m already coming up with ideas for the 50th celebration thread. I’m thinking either the traditional Beauty and the Beast story or the tale of Hades and Persephone. 😀
