Technologically challenged here 😳 . How do I make them smaller?? When I try to upload any of them it keeps saying they are all 100×100 and they can only be 90×90. Am I doing something wrong?
Which avatar do you want? I’ll resize it for you. 😉

ParticipantYou’re most welcome! I’m obsessed with OUAT themed artwork. Tumblr and Fanpop are my best friends!

ParticipantYou’re welcome sweetheart! I actually got them from Fanpop. So, I thought I’d post a few on the forums my fellow OUAT brothers and sisters. 😀

When the title for eps 19 first came out, I thought for sure I read something that said The Return of the Witch, but when I went back to inquire all the titles had been shortened to The Return. Eps 20 is now The Stranger. I also read a summary that referred to the EQ hiring a magician, I am wondering if this will be Merlin, and I am wondering if he might be the stranger. I can't find that spoiler now. Did anyone else read that?
The magician EQ hires is the Mad Hatter. I have theory that the Mad Hatter is actually Rumpel's son Bae, but I won't go into that right now. 😆 And I've also heard conflicting titles for episode1x19. There's “State of the Witch” and “The Return.” If these titles have anything to do with each other, then I'd say that Regina's mother penetrates through Fairytale land into Storybrook. Just a theory.

If we haven’t found out whether there’s magic in SB by the time Gold finds out about Belle, we surely will then! If he has any magic at all, I can imagine him calling it all down to free Belle–how thrilling that would be! And as for the kiss, we fans deserve it just as much as Belle does :D. So bring it on, and I’m confident that Rumple will find it was the best decision he’s made in centuries, because love is the most powerful magic.
Ooo! I agree! I think Rumpel will find a way to retrieve his magic in an effort to save Belle too.
Where’s that dang dagger when you need it? 😆 Regina better hope that Mr. Gold doesn’t find his dagger at the same time he discovers Belle. Because of he does…WORLD WAR III!!!!!! 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈

Though a lot of characters died in LOST, so i don’t know how attached we can be.
You just totally killed my buzz. 😥 😥 😥 Just kidding! 😆
But you’re right. Lost had a tendency to make the audience fall in love with a particular character and then suddenyl kill them off. Boone, Charlie, Mr. Echo, Lizzie, Anna Lusia, Locke. These writers can be so cruel sometimes. Hopefully, Rumpel will be ok. He’s a key piece of the puzzle and he also happens to be one of the most powerful characters on the show. So, I’ not too worried about his survival rate.

Love Never Dies
In case you didn’t know, the writer of the PotO musical (Andrew Lloyd Webber) wrote a “sequel” called Love Never Dies. (It’s actually a stand alone piece, he says.) There’s one showing on Mar 7 if any of you are interested and it happens to be playing near you. Also, I’m guessing it’s a video of the musical rather than an actual movie. But it’s cheaper than Broadway, so hey.
I happened to be listening to the PotO audiobook before I even heard about this (I have impeccable timing, don’t I?). And I can’t stop drawing parallels between Rumpelstiltskin and Eric. Not to mention Beauty & the Beast. I’m sure at some point I’ll be motivated enough to write up a forum post on it. It is interesting to contrast them. Two beasts willing to love the girl, one not. Two girls willing to love the beast, one not.
Fun fun.
I SEE THE PARALLELS TOO!!! Ever since “Desperate Souls” and “Skin Deep,” I’ve been searching for similarities between Rumpel and other famous tragic romantic figures. And I’d like to share a few with you. 😀
1. Eric from “The Phantom of the Opera”
2. Severus Snape from the Harry Potter series
3. Faust
4. The Beast from “Beauty and the Beast” (Too obvious? Yes, yes it was)I’m particularly intrigued by the Rumpel/Snape comparison. I’ve always loved the idea of a dark figure changing his ways in an effort to honor their deceased beloved. *Sniffle Sniffle*

Whoever August turns out to be, one thing that I hope the writers do is to reunite Bae and his father. ..though I suspect that won’t happen til the last season–it’ll be a high point of the series, sooo emotional and cathartic. Coming at OUAT from Lost fandom, I don’t care so much that all our questions get answered, as long as we get satisfying resolutions for the characters, and for me, that includes reunions between Bae and Rumple and Belle and Rumple.
I agree. I’ve learned to be patient when it comes to actual answers via Lost. 😆 The reunions of Rumpel and Belle and Rumpel and Bae are what I’m most looking forward to as well. Rumpel is my favorite character and his episodes are always so rich in history, mythology and character development. His reunion with Bae and Belle will definitely be the high point of the series for me.
CAN’T WAIT!!!
