End episode. Boom. Whew. What a way to leave us hanging …
Can you imagine if Regina has to ask Emma to do it? I think whether or not she’s willing to take that step to save Henry … knowing what will happen … will be a major turning point in whether she’s salvageable or not.”
I really like this idea. I like the idea that Regina would ask Emma to wake Henry with a kiss. This would begin the redemption of Regina, but also may spell her end, as the curse would truley be weakened (maybe broken) once Emma decides to truely believe.

You almost hope they do a reboot at/near the series end and allow her to grow up from birth with Snow and Prince Charming as parents in FTL. 🙁
mikeParticipantAgree. It’s nice how they have let MM grow and become more like Snow, as opposed to her Curse imposed personality of being so meek. Same for David, as last week’s turning down of Regina’s attempted kiss was very James like (think Lady of the Lake). So the writers/producers are making it clear that both MM and David are growing and their real personalities are coming to the surface more and more. My hope is that we will continue to see this growth into the final episode of the season and that it will reach a point that they both become self-aware of who they really are. Time for MM to smell Emma’s baby blanket again. Time for David to do something selfless and heroic.

I agree with TheOnionGirl. I don’t believe that the only way to break the curse is to kill Emma. Mr. Gold has twisted his words with Regina before to manipulate her into doing his dirty work (hince the reason for the curse being used in the first place by someone other than himself.)
I do like how you said, Slurpeez108, that Emma’s belief influences the others in Story Brooke. I am just wondering if Emma will have to take some flack for trying to hurt Henry. No one was in the room with Henry and Emma when he bit into the turnover. I see someone from Story Brooke walking and knocking on Emma’s apartment door right as Henry is falling, causing someone to become a witness to Henry’s being hurt but not able to witness how or why. I can also see Regina pinning it on Emma as a case of “If I can’t have him, then no one can.” I think it will be ironic when Regina tries to kiss Henry awake but fails; and then she has to beg Emma to try. A mother’s love for her child should work in this case because Emma and Henry love each other truly the way a mother and child do.
Even if Emma confronts Regina about the poisoned apple turnover, Regina can just claim that she must have bought a bad apple.
mikeParticipantThis is great that they have introduced the Blue Fairy as the ultimate power. My guess is that she is a combination of both good and bad, but she perceives herself as always doing the right thing in all situations.

There is defnitely something interesting about her. I have this uneasy feeling that the Blue Fairy isn’t on the side of the angels, as it were … not necessarily that she’s evil, but she’s rather thoroughly on her own side. And that’s not the side of mankind.
She did orchestrate an awful lot of things, didn’t she … in a way, she made it necessary for Rumple to come up with the curse. And then possible for Emma to escape that curse. I wonder if she’s pulling strings toward an end we cannot (yet) see …

I tend to agree with you. I always felt they would eventually introduce us to the “ultimate power” in FTL, which turns out to be the Blue Fairy. She said something interesting in episode 19, she said “I’m on the right side” when talking with Bae about good and dark magic. She never said she was on the side of good. So, this still leaves it open as to what side does she consider the “right” side. It was also interesting that the Blue Fairy mentioned that Rumple’s powers did not belong here – then where do they belong? Or where did they originally come from, another realm? Also interesting was her comment about the other magic beans. She said “the others got away from us.” Did someone take them and jump to another realm? Did the beans get up and run away 😆 ?
