There’ll be a lot of residual resentment there from the fact that he let go of her hand in the portal scene after she just told him she needed him. I also think it’ll be interesting because she’ll be able to compare the two men.
Well, I’m not that convinced… If we’re honest he didn’t really have another choice as to let go of her hand. And Emma knows that. So I don’t think that she’ll be mad or something like that. Yes, she could compare them, thats right. I hope she doesn’t let the fact that Neal is Henrys dad cloud her judgement – I’m kinda scared that thats gonna happen. Another thought about the portal scene I had: When Emma fell through the portal to FTL present day and Snow jumped in after her, Charming didn’t think twice to jump in himself. Thats true love and A & E established that. Emma didn’t do that so in my opinion her love for Neal isn’t true love. It might be because of Henry but Emma knew that Snowing would care for him like he was their son. Just my opinion concerning the portal scene.

No way is Emma going to get pregnant this season. It’ll either be Snow (although I can’t imagine her wanting to get pregnant in NL) or Regina in a flashback. I agree, thinking about it more, that something will have happened between CS before Neal comes back into the picture. It only makes sense. I’m holding out for at least an almost-kiss lol. I also think 3×05 will be VERY important for them, namely because of MM and Emma’s apartment key being in the picture of the 3×05 script. I think Killian went to her apartment and stole the magic compass and it let him to her in NY. And then there’s the fact that Killian has said “good form” to Emma before. I definitely think their relationship will move faster than I thought now, look how far they have come with each other in the sneak peek!Yeah you’re right – I think 3×05 will be crucial. Wow, that compass idea is great!! I hope he did that! 🙂

So CSers, are we worried about the fact that it looks like Neal will make it to Neverland by 3×07? I kind of am, as it won’t give CS much time to get closer or whatever, but at the same time I can’t help but feel it might be good for Captain Swan.

Thank you, Eala! I’m already feeling a lot better – still a little worried, but better. Thanks to you. 🙂 And you’re right: I watched to sneak again and she really says that she didn’t know Hook is sentimental so she really thinks about him that moment. Sometimes my worries cloud my judgement…
isabells – welcome! Even if I’m not writing a lot in this thread (mostly because of my terrible english), I always enjoy reading the thoughts of my CS-shipmates. They keep up my faith in the pairing and I love to read their connections and parallels. You’ll totally love that, too. 🙂

I totally agree with you here. The chemistry between them is palpable in EVERY scene together. Take the sneak peek. The whole atmosphere was one of an edgy (sexual) tension. To me anyway. That scene was very far from just a friendly one. You don’t have that kind of tension with your friends.

I would have to say that i don’t believe that they will get into a formal “relationship” so quickly. I think that Killian will fall in love with Emma during their time in NL, but i don’t think he’ll realise it for a while, maybe misidentify it as lust. I think that when he realises he does love her that he won’t like it, as it leaves him vulnerable to the kind of pain that caused him to seek revenge for 300 years. But i do think that once he admits to himself that he loves Emma, that will be it for him. He isn’t the type to fall in and out of love. He’s just like Emma – both of them have been emotionally closed off for a long time. I definitely think it will happen more slowly with Emma – she won’t jump into a relationship when her former love has just died and her son is in danger. Emma will be EXTREMELY wary of entering into a relationship again. She hasn’t had one for over 10 years after all. But they will be getting closer, and the fact that Killian is helping her to retrieve her son is something she won’t be able to forget. I agree with hookian that they’ll probably kiss or almost kiss this season – enter Neal. Emma will push them both away because she’s emotionally overwhelmed. Neal will confront her over her “I love you” but she’ll be confused and conflicted because she will have feelings for Killian. She will attempt a relationship with Neal in order to see if she still loves him/to get closure/Henry’s prompting. Killian will always be around though, in the background, waiting for her. Hopefully SF will then AMICABLY split. Then Emma will go to Killian (hopefully eventually with Neals blessing). That’s my current prediction lol.
I have to agree on almost all of your points, Eala. I’ve got so many thoughts in my head concerning Emma and Killian, but I just can’t really express them since english isn’t my native language. At the moment I’m worried about Emmas feelings towards Killian. The way she looked at the sword made me think that she’ll not stop loving Neil any time soon. I always thought that she’s already over him, that the “I love you” was not really what she was feeling but more something she was feeling a long time ago and wanted to tell him before he – what she thought – died. I’m certain that Killian will fall in love with Emma in Neverland and I think that he already has some strong feelings for her. But I don’t know what Emma is going to do. I think she’ll try and block all the feelings that might come up for Killian – she will do whatever it takes to not fall in love with him. And when Neil comes back and is alive and well I’m worried that she might choose him, mainly because of the fact that he’s Henrys father. Plus I kinda think that Killian wouldn’t want to destroy Baes/Neils family again, I don’t see Adam and Eddy go that way. I love the sneak peek, I love that Emma and Killian bond and that she sees his sentimental side and that he cares for her in a way. What do you think, when is Neil gonna make it to Neverland? When will him and Emma see eachother again? I am a diehard CSer, but at the moment I have to admit that I’m seriously worried that they won’t be endgame. And I think I couldn’t stand seeing Killian be shoved to the side the minute Neil gets back alive. It would break his heart and mine, too. I just hope Emma sees that Killians the better man for her. And he is, isn’t he, fellow shipmates?!
I hope they don’t rush it – I want Emma and Killian grow to love eachother. Killian has to be there for her now, help her get Henry back and she’ll see what a great man he can be – if he wants to. And then he can go after her… 😉
