Just rewatched Tallahassee. Emma seems almost flustered around Hook whilst they are in the giant’s castle. The look he compared her too with the Lost Boys is being left alone. Also Emma says she can’t risk being wrong about Hook. Emma usually relies on her superpower to tell when someone’s lying which is why she was sure Tamara was up to something. We know that when Emma gets emotionally involved in a situation, her superpower becomes unreliable. The fact that Emma can’t trust her own judgement when it comes to Hook suggests that she does have feelings for him and she recognises those feelings.
I do believe I’m starting to ship CaptainSwan though Rumbelle will always be my OTP on this show.

Me too – I think it’s unusual that there isn’t any interview there right now?! I was hoping there’d be interviews with Colin for the upcoming episode… 😥
Neal showed that he could move on and even though he said that he was too scared etc etc…he relished in the fact that Emma was basically jealous and would have been interested in something possibly after they talked through stuff a bit and she understood what happened…
This is what I’m thinking, too. He seemed to enjoy that Emma was jealous and thats just mean, if you ask me. Also it bothers me that it wouldn’t be realistic at all if they got back together – well I had the experience, and I think maaaaaany people had the same, that going back to your ex never bodes well. Because there was a reason you separated and you’re not the same you were back than. That maybe a little different with Emma and Neil but I still think that they’re holding onto old feelings – which are still there and will probably never go away, but they are just not right and not enough to dive into a relationship again.
I’m just a little worried because they went so FAR with SwanFire and to a point where there isn’t a happy way to show CS this season really. Literally the best we can hope for is to find Hook doing the right thing, helping the good guys, and comforting / commiserating with Emma over her perceived loss that could be a loss to him as well depending on how close they were, and worst/best case scenario is he can relate because of Milah. I’m hoping for some serious comforting scenes laying the groundwork at least for a great friendship.
Maybe that is a good thing. Hook and Emma will have lots of time together without Neil next season and Emma can see the real Killian and that she likes him – and maybe more. I hope it’s our turn for at least the first 5 to 6 episodes in season 3, to see CS blossom and develop. And then I think Neil will show up again and there will be the love triangle – what’s happening then I don’t know. Emma should choose which one she’s happier with – and if I can really believe that, than it’s ok for me.

On the plus side they do seem to love the character as well as Colin so hopefully that means super awesome stuff will be down the line for Hook. (After all they talked more about him at PaleyFest than they did about Neal who wasn’t even there and was barely asked about except in regards to his relationship with Rumple which is the main thing I focus on with him anyway). Please let that mean that they want to show us all kinds of wonderful Hook goodness in S3 but that they had to set it up the way they did to get us there!
Eddy and Adam stated multiple times that they love Hook and I don’t think they’ll let him go very fast. So I’m sure he’ll be there whole season 3.
It’s just that Emma and Hook have so much chemistry – it’d be wasted if they paired them off with others… Many people said that Hook flirts with every woman but it’s obviously different! Emma is the only one he’s interested in – he feels drawn towards her and she will be drawn towards him when the time is right. They had only met for a day or so (?) before climbing on the beanstalk and she had developed feelings for him in this little time – or she wouldn’t have left him up there. So I think if she really opens up to him and let’s him in after some time she’d be lost.
He would do anything for her – “A man unwilling to fight for what he wants, deserves what he gets.” – That’s it. He wants her and he’ll fight for her no matter what costs.And if anyone brings Henry in it – he would LOVE Hook and you know it. 😉 And Hook would love Henry as well and not only because he’s just like Emma in some situations.
It’s gonna be a looooong hard summer, but as long as it pays off it’s worth it. And I HOPE it will.Wow – there are so much new posts here.
I’m just going to say, that I thank you all for being great fellow shipmates. You make me not lose hope that CS will happen one day. ( And if it’s not they’d be friends or get paired with other people that fit.)
We HAVE to get a scene with Emma and Hook together on Sunday and I’m sure we’ll see more next season. I think everything got mixed up because of Colin’s broken leg – that’s why we feel a little “betrayed” by Adam and Eddy for teasing CS and not delivering…. Snow might be concerned for the same reason…but, since we’re speaking of Snow’s reaction…she was quite concerned and struck by how Hook was interacting with Emma when he and Cora locked them up in Rumple’s cell. She might be aware of an attraction, at least on Hook’s part since she’s seen his shameless flirting with her as well as the hurt he expressed when Emma “abandoned” him on the beanstalk.
You’re right – Emma probably won’t allow anyone get killed if she could have done anything to prevent it. But I like to see it the other way… 😉

I just rewatched “In the name of the brother” – and got reminded of the reaction Emma showed when Gold told her that she has to come searching for his son because “every minute I’m here is a minute closer to me killing Hook”. So Rumple knows too that there is something between the two or he wouldn’t have used Hook to pressure Emma. Also I’m thinking about why they showed us Snow in that moment – to me she looked like a little worried or something… Does that mean that she, too, sensed something there?

I agree – I’ve always said that Emma wouldn’t have left Hook on the beanstalk, if she didn’t care for him. There must have been something there. I mean she said “I can’t take a chance that I’m wrong about you.”! And if I remember right even Eddy and Adam said in the official podcast that Hook reminded her of Neil.

MysteryKat, I’ve been slightly disappointed about CS-moments in the last eps, too – well, there were none. 🙁 And I’ve been asking myself too why A and E ship Swanfire like crazy right now, but I don’t give up hope.
I’m with AllThatGlitters there – they wouldn’t have shown us Tallahassee for nothing! There are so many hints that Emma and Hook will at least have something going on.
But I have to admit that I’m impatient by now – there have been so many weeks without our lovely ship – that is just frustrating. 😥
I’m trying to keep me in a good mood with watching fanvids, reading fanfics and discuss here in the forum with you guys. I’m happy that I’m not all alone in my huge CS addiction… 😉
