Well I’d have to say I’d like Belle around, but she’d make me take a hit on the self confidence in my looks front. I’d like to say Rumpelstiltskin but then again I wouldn’t want him double crossing me… I guess Granny would be pretty freaking Epic for a Grandmother. I like Ruby too… hmmm… And Dr Whale for the lols…. okay okay definitive answer?

Granny as my Grandmother, Belle as my best friend, Ruby as my other friend. Rumpel as my brother to kick some behind on my behalf and Whale just because Whale… 😛

Honestly I think Gold/Rumpel helped Henry because of these factors:
A) He genuinely DOES like Henry. Gold clearly likes Children, as far as I can tell he’s not harmed any children. He waited until Regina grew up to do anything to her. He’s never harmed Henry for the stuff Henry’s done to him in other episodes. I think he saw Henry’s distress and the FATHER in him kicked in. A parent will do anything for their child. Gold’s child was taken away from him by forces he didn’t control, so he finds substitute in Henry. (He’s ALWAYS nice to Henry. One of the first episodes he’s all ‘Hey Henry! How you doing?!’ Ect…

And B) Gold knows that Henry is the link between Fairytale world and Real World. So he knows that Henry has the power to get Emma and Snow back over. Which is in the interest of EVERYONE. (Emma owes Gold a favor, remember? I’d imagine he wants to cash in on that in the one way he thinks will work, now that he can’t leave town, which is to have her find Bae.) So he’s found the most humane way to get Henry’s help, while also helping Henry because he needs it.

If Henry had not gotten control of the fire, Henry may well have died in his sleep from the magic fire. I agree with the above statement, Gold is Amoral, he’s not evil. He just sees the world in a different way to what others do. Exactly like Regina and Blue and all the others. No one in this show is fully evil. Even Cora. (That is going on what Tony Amendola said at London Expo btw.)

Of course I’m going to say Rumpelstiltskin as well, because he is without a doubt the most dynamic character to watch. He’s constantly keeping me on my toes and I love that. However, to be different from Rumpel and Regina I will say two of my unusual favorites.

I LOVE Granny. Why you ask? Because she is the most understated bada** in this show. She’s awesome! Not only is she witty but she’s a spitfire and excellent with a crossbow. I find her one of my favorites because with Granny what you see is what you get. She doesn’t sugar coat things and she doesn’t take the long route like Rumpel and Regina. She just goes BAM if you like it, you like it. If you don’t tough.

I also love Gepetto, my reasons being he is again, an understated character. He just wants what all the parents in the show want, for his son to be happy. He is an example of what Rumpel could have been like. He makes wrong choices too, but they are subsequently smaller than Rumpel’s. He’s also connected to so many people in the show in different ways as almost a voice of reason. Plus, I met Tony Amendola and he’s the sweetest man in the world! I wanted to take him home with me. He’s so cool. 😀

Oh there’s no doubt he’s an interesting character, he makes me laugh. I think I’m just biased to traditional hook, I’m a big Peter Pan fan so… It’s very difficult to say who I do and don’t like with once, because they all have things I like. I just don’t find him that sexy. 😉
