You’re right. It’s not the SB cemetary. It’s the UW cemetary.
IF this is UW cemetery, means that they are still in UW.
Since little John and Merida how can we know for sure if this is 523? this can be 521 and Merida actress words that she would film for the finale were just to make people confuse or maybe she ment final epsiodes and not necesary season finale, of course that she can think this is the finale bc she is not paying attention how many epis the season has and maybe bc of some reason Little john and merida and roland end in UW, maybe just like Belle ends there, they also end going to UW and this is actually episode 521, that would explain this being a vision of hades to make Regina suffer.
Yeah Amy (Merida) didn’t say she will appear in just the finale. She might have appeared in ep 21 as well.

Well this may be like Lost thing, they film several funerals, like today was Robin,next days will the the other chracters, that way the fans don’t know who dies. Also saw someone saying online that when Rumple said everyone here has a tombstone, he was actually referring to the SB gang, that is why I’m lost if they are still in UW or not, or if maybe UW merged with real world, or another idea, maybe this is like a nightmare Regina has.

Bringing people back from the dead? If you are referring to what Josh mentioned, that is not what he literally meant. When he said misplaced, he means they help them move on to a better place out of the underworld. Bring people back from the dead would mean a life in exchange.
It seems as though they are filming multiple things that are unrelated. Like Merida and Belle are filming for the finale but a different scene than everyone else who are filming for (possibly) a different episode

Belle is there, but filming something else with Merida.

Signs are pointing to Robin Hood, because they filmed a funeral with everybody in black with Robin noticeably absent. And before you ask, yes Colin was present on set, implying that Hook is alive again. Little John being in attendance and Regina being in a widowish outfit also suggest this is Robin’s funeral.
