ParticipantI do still find him creepy too, he just seems to be going in the love interest direction and they’re usually not bad so that made me backtrack on that theory. They could still do it though, I mean Rumpel is technically a villain yet he and Belle were in love. It would be a rather interesting turn out if August and Emma fell for each other but he was still actually a villain-ish character.

ParticipantI can see how that’d be hard XP I’m enjoying it so far though. Totally ruined my plans for studying today, but probably worth it.

Participantlol thank you ^^
I actually decided to sign up after reading theories for an hour or so and finally felt like I had to comment on some of them XPnightreader
ParticipantI don’t know, I never really get further in that part of the theory. But I can definitely see him being in there and him altering it or even removing it because there’s something in there he doesn’t want Emma/Henry/anyone to know. I remember my first thought when I saw him was that he was one of the villain characters, although I stopped thinking that after he clearly became a love interest for Emma. Still the first thing that popped into my mind was that he’s untrustworthy and altered his story in the book to make it seem like he is.

ParticipantFinding this site and reading all these theories from other people = best thing I’ve done this week.
Anyways, I definitely think Rumpel knew who Henry was, and that he came from Emma, and that one day Regina having him would lead Emma to SB.
As for August and the book, it’s been driving me nuts since we got to see him tampering with the book, thinking what he could be doing with it. I’ve been considering the theory that maybe he’s in the book and either took himself out or changed his story. Maybe he even added himself somewhere in there. I’m not sure, just an idea. No matter what he did though I think he definitely knows about the FTL or he would have no reason to show the book or SB in general much interest.February 29, 2012 at 12:06 pm in reply to: How WILL MM ,E, & D find out that they truly are related #137871nightreader

Even though I think David and Mary Margaret really do love each, I think the fact that they are both cursed means neither can break the spell. All of the characters from fairy-tale world, except for Emma (who escaped before it took hold), are cursed. My theory is that the hero of the story is the one who is unaffected by the curse: Emma. In fairy-tale world, the curse is broken by the non-cursed party: Prince Charming woke up Snow White, who was cursed when she ate the poisoned apple. Princess Katherine, with the help of Prince Charming, freed her love, Frederick, who was turned to gold by King Midas. Belle nearly freed Rumple by kissing him, until he rejected her advances. As the creators said, I think Emma is the key to breaking this particular curse. My reason for thinking so is she was never under the hold of the curse.
We also know that the true love’s kiss works when coming from Emma, Graham got his memories back when they kissed.
I think their memories will probably be triggered a lot later in the series but I doubt it will be the water. I could be wrong though =) -
