I like what they’ve done with Robin’s costume, modern clothing, but still with a touch of the FTL in the accessories so he still looks like his character. Why can’t they do something like that for Hook, too.
That’s a very good question,
but remember that nothing is ever done on this show by accident. I did some thinking about this, but for reasons I don’t understand, when the spoiler came out that one character is related to another, and thus relates two others, a mental leap came to mind which reminded me of an episode I took for granted last season. Everyone remembers Child of the Moon. This was a very low rated episode, and it looked like it was just randomly thrown in there, and I didn’t understand why they would throw something seemingly off subject right in the middle of a storyline so focused on Captain Hook. I think I have my answer. Over the weekend, I am going to post a new topic to provide a better explaination to my theory, but I believe that we may learn that Hook and Red are connected somehow. Related? Well we’ll see, but remember in Child of the Moon, Peter was tied to a tree much in the same way Hook was in Tallahassee. That didn’t occur to me before. Getting to my point though, my theory about Hook’s clothing is that it serves the same purpose as Red’s cape in some respect. If he takes it off, the result might be someone unpredictable.
Someone may ask me, if you’re on the right track, then why was he in a different costume in Good Form or a hospital gown later last season? I’ll explain that over the weekend, when I get a chance to go into more detail.
Is Hook a wolf like Red? I think it’s possible.
IF THIS IS IN A SPOILER TOPIC THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED TO PUT SPOILER BANNERS OVER WORDS and Phrases … I find it annoying.. If I come to a spoiler thread I expect spoilers, theories to be discussed. I thought this was the whole purpose of having SPOILER threads in the first place.
[adrotate group="5"]PROBLEM with ONCE is when someone misses episodes it is almost impossible to catch up… YOU cannot figure out what is going on if you try and come in the middle of the season. People who dropped off did not come back …I think ratings will continue to decline as it is impossible to come into the middle of the shows to figure out what is going on… unless they get to watch the DVDs to catch up.

.Those are really great graphs and I think they do show that even though our demos are lower in S3 overall, we didn’t take as big a dip season wise as we have before. Look at S2A: from a high of 3.9 to low at 207 for 2.8. That’s a full point lower. Overall in S3A we dropped .7 in ratings from 301′s 2.6 to our series low of 1.9.
What has always saved us was the re-watch and DVR ratings increase during the week after the broadcast show … I think there might be a change now that ABC has changed their episode release policy … no longer available for re-watch.
