It’s interesting to read this almost a year later and now entering a new season. Does everyone still feel the same? Or have you become more “die-hard” in your shipping approach and now play Dido’s “White Flag” when your ship is mentioned? The ONCE fandom climate is slightly toxic at the moment and maybe 95% of it is over shipping. So now I wanna know, if your ship doesn’t sail, are you done with ONCE? (reiterates Jo’s “no name” policy)

Yup … I do not read fan fiction … I do not ship couples … I let the story wash over me and just enjoy it. I do not even let the OUaT POD-CASTER sway my thoughts and theories … even if they dislike or like various parts of the story or their theories are in conflict with mine.

I am going to go with what H&K produce….

I kind of think they spent too much time focusing on the CREW being tossed about on the ship… first coming to NL then attack of the mermaids … then the ANGER STORM. They could have condensed the scenes and had more interaction between everyone.

I would have liked to have seen REGINA react to Emma proclaiming herself as Henry’s mother.. some interaction between the two would have been nice. At odds with each other or proclaiming a pact between the two of them would have been nice.

DESPITE the fireballs.. I think REGINA was too laid back just following Emma’s proclamation that she was the leader… Not like Regina at all… I think she is up to something. Only time will tell.

Yes I enjoyed the premier and look for the rest of the season. Look forward to seeing how everything will play out.

    LOOKING FOR MORE

Yes, as of episode 3×01, despite what we’ve been led to believe, that’s what I think.

Pan tells Henry he is the owner of the HoTTB, and yes, that’s true, but IT’S EMMA’S HEART that he’s referring to IMO. Why else would he not just cut out Henry’s heart and be done with it? It’s clear from the sneak peek of 3×02 that he wants something from her. And he very specifically said to her that it isn’t about finding Henry it’s about HOW she finds him: belief. This is why Pan wants her to stop denying who she is.+

The whole episode was structured around what Emma believes. Everything Rumple said was huge neon sign of foreshadowing – she doesn’t believe in herself, her magic or her parents. By the mid-season finale or the end of the season, Emma WILL believe in all of it. And THAT’S what will make her the HoTTB.

And then Pan is going to try to take her heart. But as we know, HE CAN’T. And why else would we have learned that last season if it wasn’t going to come into play at some stage???

    Thoughts anyone? :)

I THINK PP is trying to get Henry’s heart. I also think like Cora could not take EMMA’S HEART … PP will be unable to take HENRY’S HEART. Henry’s heart is protected by the love of his family… EMMA, REGINA, NEAL, SNOW AND CHARMING and even Rumple… not to forget everyone in Storybrooke.

What PP fails to understand it is his heart that needs to be purified of evil … Henry might lead the way to redemption but PP has to do his own cleansing and work.

Rumple (to Emma): “Sorry dearie. Our foe is too fearsome for hand-holding. Neverland is a place where imagination runs wild. And sadly, yours doesn’t.”

    (blame upbringing)

I think Rumple was trying to rile EMMA up as camouflage for what he has planned for Pan in order to rescue Henry.

I still think the SEER got it wrong with her prediction… The boy that leads Rumple to BAE is Pan… not Henry… Henry had just been along for the ride to NY …. Pan is going to be RUMPLE’s undoing.

Theories I have stated before ( over the summer & recently) and I am going to state them again….

1/ The lost boys are more like the boys in LORD OF THE FLIES then the PETER PAN SERIES.

2/ JUST as Cora could not take EMMA’s heart …. Peter Pan will not be able to take HENRY’S heart from him. LOVE = STRENGTH and Henry is loved by many who are willing to sacrifice for him… EMMA, REGINA, NEAL, SNOW AND CHARMING, even RUMPLE and the entire town of STORYBROOKE.
