I think Regina is probably a very capable administrator, and aside from when she’s bat crazy trying to get revenge, has that “commitment to excellence” that makes her an efficient, though not very compassionate, ruler.
I also wonder if she is nice to “the help” as a lingering sort of thing from Daniel being her stable boy….though she isn’t so nice she won’t squash or step on them for the slightest infraction.

Sorry but REGINA was NOT very nice to Daniel… she was rather demeaning in her treatment of him. Once the “puppy love” had worn off REGINA would have been very unhappy. No money, separated from her doting father, in a relationship with a young man who other than horses probably had little in common with. I doubt she would have liked living in poverty or known how to earn money in a feudal society.Some may consider this as being judgmental but I believe a person must / should know themselves before develop relationship with another person. I think this one of Regina’s problems in Storybrooke and one of the causes of her turning into EVIL QUEEN. Regina had been so dominated by her mother that she never discovered herself. Then she spent time learning magic instead of learning herself.
I do wonder what she would have found out about herself… was she a damaged person unable of compassion or would she found a loving soul?

R-G … Sorry I did not realize this was NOT in a spoiler section of the forum .. … I will try to be more cognizant. I wanted to ask about a few missing post I have written that seem to disappear. I am trying figure out if it is my computer/ internet or something on the forum. I hope you do not move them to a mega post under the same subject as I usually hate those as I find them hard to read through.

Daniel, Matt and myself all agreed that sometimes the boards can become slightly unorganized when people start posting threads about the same topic when there is a mega thread happening. I have looked at all the spoilers, sneak peeks and promo…..
AND have to say… I can not wait, I can not wait….

.My Theory is when TAMERA taszered him his spirit left the body he was inhabiting and he is the DRAGON we see in the promos. IN one of the sneak peaks you see a guy in a yellow slicker over hearing Snow & PC discuss Regina and going to another land. I think the guy looks like THE HUMAN form of the Dragon and he will be coming back to get even with Tamera who thinks he killed the DRAGON but he survived…. similar to PHOENIX rising….
Just my theory and I may be all wet.

ONCE UPON A TIME – “The Evil Queen” – With the aid of Hook, Regina attempts to put a plan in motion that will help transport herself and Henry back to Fairytale land. But her plan revolves around a fail-safe that was planted within the curse, which if triggered could wipe Storybrooke off the map – and kill all of its inhabitants; and Emma’s suspicions about Tamara grow. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, the Evil Queen asks Rumpelstiltskin to transform her into an unrecognizable peasant in order to kill an unsuspecting Snow White, with the twisted aim of earning the love and respect of her subjects, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, APRIL 28 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET).
