I also think she brought AMERICAN VALUES when she would not let REGINA be brought up on charges or lynched unless there was evidence and proof that she did the crime. I vaguely remember her say something like YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY at one point.

I also like how she stood between Greg Mendleson and the hysteria that was developing due to his being an outsider. I consider Emma the voice of reason in the looney bin. I love how she does not run off half cocked MOST OF THE TIMES.

When HOOK was starting to film it was the same time Jamie Doran was having his shoulder surgery done. Jamie just got a new part in Great Britain so it is unlikely he will be back. H&K has stated no one is “SAFE” on the show so in the future expect some characters to fade into the woodwork, change or leave or be killed off. That is what keeps the show evolving.

Also actor availability has a big influence on the show. Example They lost Sidney / Genie in the Mirror and August when they signed for other shows…. they probably will not come back until they are available again.

I am pretty sure they are filming the scenes in Canada ( where it is cheaper to film) I think Van Couver BC.

I do not think there will be any iconic NEW YORK land marks on the show and if they do they will be filmed without the actors.

Sorry do not know how you believe that Hook and Emma belong together. Hook is like the school house bully stiffing after the prettiest girls and picking on the nerds and weaker students. He has no redeeming characteristic except a “pretty face.” Like the actor but the character is a villain.
