ABC’s “Once Upon a Time” Returns Up +11% After its Preemption the Prior Week
Info on ABC’s Sunday, ahead of the regular press release.
Up against big NFL competition from Sunday Night Football (Green Bay Packers-NY Giants) and a high-rated NFL primetime overrun on Fox, ABC was up over the year-ago Sunday by 11% in Adults 18-49.
Despite being preempted the prior Sunday for the AMAs, ABC’s Once Upon a Time surged by double digits from its most recent telecast two weeks ago in Adults 18-49 (+11%).
Shooting up from its lead-in 8pm (+88%) against sports-driven competition on Fox and NBC, ABC’s Once Upon a Time stood as the top-rated non-sports show in its hour in Adults 18-49, beating out Fox’s NFL-fueled animated comedies (The Simpsons/Bob’s Burgers) by 11% and CBS’ The Amazing Race XXI by 20%.In addition, the ABC drama finished #1 straight out in its time period with key Women (W18-34/W18-49).
ABC’s Once Upon a Time sees big increases via time-shifted playback, spiking over its preliminary Live + Same Day numbers by 3.0 million viewers and by 1.4 Adult 18-49 rating points (+41%) in the final L+7 Day ratings.

I do this often when I put my gdS to bed. I tell stories with the lights off till he drift off to sleep… any story I have read, any movie I have seen gets mashed up into the stories just to keep them going often enough…. Sadly I can never remember the stories correctly and end up making a mish mash of all the stories…. BUT IT GETS HIM TO SLEEP.

.I think SNOW WHITE and Rose Red are Snow and Ruby when they are running through the woods in FTL at the beginning. They act like BF / sisters and care for each other…. of course PC is the hunk that Snow marries….

.I prefer the thought that there will be independent characters for Eric and Ariel in the future. I would rather not lump the characters together… it is okay for them to do it with GOLD/ RUMPLE but I think that should be the extent of it….. Gold is character that can run through the other stories because he is a manipulating force.
H&K has stated that they have a idea of how they want this story to play out over 5 seasons of an over arching story. The individual pieces / stories will fit with that arch. I think that is why they write filler stories and plan nuggets for the over lying story in the fillers. They have a master plan and are trying to pace each season to that plan.
That is why I think HOOK is Hook and Eric will be Erik….. hopefully never the twain shall meet. I think Ariel’s story will not be til next year.

The only men I want is someone who can build with wood / fix the plumbing…. but Gepetto is too old and I am still very angry with August because of what he did with Emma.
