Nope, Neals apartment in NY, why the apartment is still there is a mistery, bc yeah, that is still neals apartment, who is paying for it? never mind i know, my questions are pointless and also the decoration changed a bit since 417, may be a thing, the apartment now decorates itself, bc where is the dreamacther that was still on the window on 417 and since no one took it, should still be there. Also from who is that computer? hope is emma, bc if they going to say is Neal, i may roll my eyes even more, bc really why Gold doesnt have the keys? is his sons apartment, Regina and Emma shouldnt be able to enter there when they want like the house was their and why didnt Robin stook his stuff to SB on 417 and still left stuff on the apartment? i dont like Emma and Regina on Neals house at all, with Neal dead Rumple should be the owner of the house, really doesnt emma has one apartment in Ny? why she has to go to neals house?
IN NEW YORK …. you can “buy” your apartment … it becomes rent controlled. Land lord can not raise your rent or fees above what you originally signed for …. if someone moves out they can sub lease to another person but the original owner is responsible for making the payments. If a person dies the apartment can be inherited by family… just like a house.

I do not think a lot of time has passed since ROBIN, ZELINA lived in NY …. time goes different in show time and our time …. UNLESS you look at how Henry is aging…. the other babies and kids have not aged that much…. ONLY HENRY.
