Poseidon comes to STORYBROOKE? ? ?
.December 20, 2014 at 12:56 am in reply to: QUESTION : How do you think GOLD will survive in THE WORLD WITHOUT MAGIC? #293716nonnie
ParticipantI am going with you guys… did not think of him living in Neal’s apartment …that could be a given as people own their apartments in New York don’t they? I think since he was planning to leave Storybrooke he pre-planned and open multiple bank and stock accounts and is very rich. The only takes the bus because he is planning to go back to STORYBROOKE and does not want to get a car. Easier to take a bus then to maneuver with a car. He used his money to get INFORMATION … as always information equals power and gold to Rumple.

.Are the fairies that got sucked into the hat on Once Upon a Time really gone, or is the show going to delve more into the hat’s powers through the rest of the season? –Kip
I for some reason assumed that Blue & Co. had been quietly released during all the winter finale drama, but I was, well, wrong. “They’re still stuck in the hat,” series co-creator Adam Horowitz assured me. “And that issue is dealt with early on in [Season] 4B,” premiering March 1..

.On the midseason finale on Sunday, Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) was forced by his wife Belle (Emilie de Ravin) to step over Storybrooke’s town line and thus into our magic-free world. Naturally, he’s already devised a plan to get his previous life back, but it required allying with his former enemies, the Queens of Darkness: Maleficent, Ursula and Cruella de Vil (Kristin Bauer van Straten, Merrin Dungey, Victoria Smurfit).

Although fans have already been introduced to Maleficent, series showrunners Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis tell TVGuide.com about their unique interpretations of Ursula and Cruella for the series. “We wanted a formidable group,” Kitsis says. “In the first half of the season when we did Frozen, we were very faithful to the characters… but in the second half of the season, Maleficent is based on our mythology, and that is the same with Ursula and Cruella.
“We’re going to find out how Ursula became Ursula,” he continues. “We’re going to see that she had a surprising cross with somebody from our world. And we’re going to be meeting a different Cruella than we would remember from the 19[60]s movie. … Perhaps Cruella herself has magic or powers.”
A magical Cruella? That would explain why Maleficent and Ursula would bother teaming up with her. In One Hundred and One Dalmatians, the Disney animated film based on the 1956 novel by Dodie Smith, Cruella de Vil was a woman who wanted to make a fur coat from the skins of pet dalmatians, but by no means had any special powers. It’s possible that the show’s Cruella will have a power related to canines. As fans saw on Sunday, Belle was following a cute dalmatian puppy just before she got captured by the Queens. “There are more dogs to come,” Kitsis promised.

AUGUST RETURNS …Eion Bailey is set to reprise his role as August Booth, aka Pinocchio, on Once Upon a Time, EW has confirmed.
Bailey last appeared in season 2, when August was killed by Tamara (Sonequa Martin-Green) after he realized she had killed the Dragon (Tzi Ma), a fellow magical being. August was saved by the Blue Fairy, but he was returned to his original 7-year-old form. Interestingly enough, August will appear in episode 14, titled “Enter the Dragon.”
Once Upon a Time returns Sunday, March 1 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

PROMO FOR EPISODE 12 … DARKNESS AT THE EDGE OF TOWN..
.
.nonnie
ParticipantI do not have a favorite or least favorite episode …. I rarely get to re watch the show and living with a 6 yr old I do not get to watch closely. WHY he picks 8 pm on Sunday night to act up I will never understand… but every Sunday it is the same story…
I prefer to keep up with what I can but do not examine any of the episode in detail until I get the DVDs then I usually re-watch several times before the show starts up again.
I rarely get lost in the SHIPS … do not worry about who is with who… I enjoy the acting because as a whole no matter how silly the plot the acting is good…. I think that is why we all like the show.
GRADE … B… I will watch it again and enjoy it just as much.
