Adam Horowitz @AdamHorowitzLA 34m34 minutes agoExcited to tell ya ep 408 on 11/16 of #OnceUponATime is being expanded to TWO hours. Set to air an hour earlier from 7/6c til 9/8c on ABC
.
To clarify this extra hour of #OnceUponATime is in ADDITION to the 22 eps we already had planned. So winter finale remains set for 12/14

To be clear — the 11/16 ep of #OnceUponATime that starts early is NOT a recap/clip show. It’s two entire hours of episode. #ExtraOnce!
.
LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS EPISODE….. BUT I BET THIS IS FINALE BEFORE THE HIATUS…nonnie

ParticipantThere are many references to things being broken, smashed, and shattered this season. There are also many references to objects which involve looking or seeing (i.e. glass, mirror, sight).
4×5 – “Breaking Glass”
4×8 – “Smash the Mirror”
4×10 – “Shattered Sight”
The Snow Queen story involved a broken mirror imagery, which lead to hearts being corrupted. Sounds like a running theme of people metaphorically not being able to see clearly, to their vision or perception being distorted. Their ability to view things correctly is impaired or corrupted. Their judgment is off. Just my two cents.
Unfortunately REFLECTION usually occurs after a crisis….. A person only has their moral code to fall back on during the crisis. At the rate the crisis has occurred on ONCE I do not think anyone has had time to breath let alone analysis what has been occurring in STORYBROOKE.
I personally have been enjoying the shows progression. I have been hearing a lot of complains on the various forums but I look forward each week to the episode as it is presented.

ParticipantSnowing waiting up- I liked how Charming was all “I don’t want to know all the details” but I found Snow to be really annoying. She’s too clingy and she’s going to give baby Nemo issues if she doesn’t learn to back off a bit.
…. I calculate BABY NEMO is less than three weeks old so SNOW can be protective and clingy with an infant ( especially as a first time new momma) ….. now at 2-3 years old yes it would be too much. I think we as the audience are putting the time passing as weeks instead of just days. I have not seen anything that lets us know time has been pasting…. My calculations is from episode one to now it has only been a couple of days…. DOES anyone have a better indicators or calculation of time for this show?

Participant–Snow and Charming waiting up. Dear lord. She’s 30. She has a 13yr old son. That was just….weird. And frankly Snow is coming off as a one of those overly possessive mother who is clingy and somewhat annoying. Which is just insulting to how amazing she was in S1.
I can pretty much agree with you about Snow… but in her defense she just had a baby ( real life) I do not think GG is physically ready to do a lot of filming so their story is pretty much on the back burner… I think that is why we see CHARMING / JOSH as deputy and having stories without SNOW. WE are not going to see a lot of the dynamic duo until Snow has the time to get back into SNOW shape. I am hoping they will be back in action by the second half of the season.
I have not been watching the WHO IS FILMING NOW thread that closely but I am guessing this was filmed in AUGUST …. I think we need to take post partum time into consideration.
As for the writing of SNOW & PC being the fawning / over protective parents … I think they are still trying to come to grips with Emma as an adult…. In their hearts she is still there baby.

THINGS I never knew about FANTASIA …..
Like most Disney films, Fantasia is actually based on a fairytale – or rather a German poem, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice by Goethe. In the poem, an old sorcerer leaves his apprentice to do his chores, and the apprentice enchants a broom to do the work for him.
