I think Neal is either going to be Bae or has some link to Bae such as Bae being his father.

Bae being his fther, this is a good idea too.

I just read all your posts and heard to the podcast initial reactions on this.
Neil seems to be someone just like Emma: similar background, so could have easily be alone, no family, just like Bae would be.
What catched my attention was the answer we gave to August when August asks if he believes in magic. He did not give the look like Emma did to Henry ” magic does not exist” and he also has not denied it, he just said “i think you believe”. I also agree that whatever August showed him had a quick and familiar impression, so Neil must be from fairy tale land.
Also, the way August describes to him the situation (there is a curse, it has to be broken, emma is the key). That to me means that August also knew that Neil came from his land. – what kind of person would take ok to hear that???
Also, August knew what to show him and it could have been Rumples’ knife or ot, but definately something that came from fairy tale land. neil/bae would then be the source of augusts knowledge of the knife.

As per timelines, i just think that maybe fairy tale time runs faster than our time.

Thank you guys for the gret podcast. Rgds from Brazil!
