ParticipantSo I saw a fanfiction prompt on tumblr saying that Emma doesn’t wear Graham’s shoelace and the swan necklace anymore. I don’t think I’ve been paying attention much to notice, so is that really true?
I think (don’t quote me) Emma gave the necklace to Henry in that deleted scene, after the funeral, after the boat trip with Killian, when they were chatting about Neal. I have a feeling she hasn’t worn it since. I don’t know about the shoelace. But that’s easier to hide under long sleeves. But I would have thought it was obvious that if you were dressing up to go out on a date you wouldn’t wear a dirty old shoelace around your wrist (regardless of it’s meaning), or a necklace that reminds you of trust issues with a previous lover.
Thanks for clearing that up.
I mean, we all know it’s way more about with whom Emma is going out rather than what she’s wearing.

That is most likely the case.
But it still bothers me to hear Oncers group Emma as this one type of person. I remember having this debate when the original promo pictures for season three came out, then again after the season three finale. How dare Emma be feminine, even though she is indeed a woman? It’s ridiculous, and you know, I notice, how we rarely have this discussion in regard to Regina or anyone else for that matter.
Emma Swan is a very multifaceted, complicated woman and she can have different layers to her. It doesn’t make her weak to show her feminine side every once in awhile. Falling in love doesn’t make you weak either, especially when love is strength. Not weakness.
Aside from Rumple’s shenanigans and lying to Belle, I’m really enjoying the season so far.

ParticipantI knew Rumple couldn’t help himself. Like Adam and Eddy said, he’s still self-serving and even though Hook’s done with the vengeance thing, there’s no reason Rumple can’t find other creative ways to attack Hook. So he curses his hand. This was a very popular when they were filming this episode and it looks like, it’s going to happen. Score points for our team again!.

ParticipantVery insightful analysis @rumplegoldfan
I wrote something awhile back. Can’t remember it word for it and it’s probably buried on my tumblr, but basically, Emma’s going to help Killian in the after this that she loves him regardless if he has the Hook or not and she understands what the hook symbolizes for him but she loves unconditionally, with or without the hook and it’s okay for him to be who he is.

ParticipantI don’t know how you can have Aurora around without Phillip. That’s going to be weird.
For those unaware, Julian Morris will be reoccurring on New Girl. He's had one episode so far. Not sure how many else.

ParticipantTo be fair, this is probably Emma’s first real proper date and if it is, seriously, it’s okay for her to be all pretty and lovely for it. Heck, the reason why I made such a big deal about going to prom my senior year was because it was my first date). And there is an innocence when there is a first date between a couple. I remember how nervous I was when I had my first meeting/date with my current boyfriend. I don’t see how that’s a bad thing.
