I understand Rumple’s motivation,  I do. He does have the tendency to lash out to people whom he feels wronged him but he lied to Belle again.

And this is bigger than a lie; he mislead her to believe that he trusted her to hold onto his dagger and not use it. He really did not need to do that. He could have taken it back.

I feel like this might be the last of rumbelle? How do you come back from misleading someone on purpose to get some revenge, even if the revenge was semi-justified?

Chances are, Zelena’s murder will be found out next episode. David’s still sheriff even though he’s on paternity leave. It’s going to come out and Belle will find out and she’ll know Rumple was responsible. I would be very disappointed if Belle ends up never knowing because honestly, that would be worse because it would be a marriage built on lies and deception as opposed to a true happy place.

Can I make a confession?

I hate to admit this because I love rumbelle but I’m starting to feel jaded when it comes to the pairing. They’ve been through so much that I feel like, as much as Adam and Eddie love them as True Loves, I think that they love them better apart than together.

I would have been all onboard with a rumbelle wedding if Rumple hadn’t done what he did.  I want them to be happy, live a blissful life together and have lots and lots of babies but I feel like, that’s only a pipe dream.  I feel like there’s no happy ending for them in the long run.

I still ‘ship them but honestly, it’s hard to feel happy for them when they’re in so much pain all the time. It’s really draining and I like to be happy with my ‘ships.

And I feel like, this might anger some, but Belle deserves better. I love her with Rumple I do and love that she can bring out the best in him but it feels like, one step forward and then five steps back when it comes to them and Belle’s the one who suffers the most.  She always wants to see the good in him and I want that too but Rumple needs to work on dealing with his own issues before he can commit to Belle.

In all, I want a rumbelle wedding but I want it done the right way. I want them to have their happy ending but done the right way where none of it is tainted.

I just needed to say that.  I’m prepared for some hate if it’s coming.

Adam and Eddie’s interview is only a taste of what’s to come. After the finale airs on Sunday, and TLK happens (and I think, most of us are certain it will), the tone of interviews is going to change. Jen and Colin can finally fangirl and fanboy all they want about Captain Swan.

No need to tone it down anymore. Kindred Spirits will be gone, replaced by True Love’s and maybe, the connection was always there but they couldn’t talk about it yet. Adam and Eddie won’t have to hold back anymore either.

It won’t be just us who will breathe collective sigh of relief.

The thing I learned about prophecies from Star Wars,  Yoda put it perfectly in Revenge of the Sith: A prophecy . . . that misread could have been.

I feel like that’s what happened. Glinda thought that meant Zelena, then maybe Zelena thought after Dorothy’s arrival, it meant Dorothy, and then we all thought probably, it meant Emma taking down the wicked witch because that’s what we expected. But really, what the prophecy meant, was Regina taking down Zelena.

And Snow and Charming even thought when they found Glinda that the white magic that they needed to defeat Zelena was Emma’s magic but of course they didn’t realize at the time, as soon as Regina found Robin Hood and fell in love with him and shared True Love’s kiss with Henry, that Regina was the one who was going to defeat the Wicked Witch.

OMG, this two-hour season finale coming this Sunday is going to be MEGA HUGE for us guys. I know, I know, I’ve seen that reaction everywhere in the past couple of days but listen, reading these pre-finale interviews that have been coming out, the sneak peeks, what this season is about “Emma finding her way home,” ; Adam and Eddie saying that Captain Swan was planned from the start, we are so closeit is is insane.

I’ll admit, we have been severely lucky this season with EVERYTHING that we have been getting. I don’t think we anticipated a kiss happening so early in the season but it did, it happened in 3×05 “Good Form” along with a bunch of other wonderful moments we weren’t expecting too (like seeing Emma flirt with Hook using her magic), the blatant parallels with Snowing.

But look, we’re already canon. They kissed already but this Sunday will be the huge payoff to everything that’s been building not just since 3×05 but all the way back to Tallahassee and the Doctor from season two. I know, it hasn’t always been an easy journey, there’s been a lot of ups and downs but we’re finally going to get our wish and everything we’ve been dreaming of and reading about in fanfics.

So, I send lots of love to all of you, the ones I know and everyone I don’t know.

But we’re almost there…We got the first kiss, all we need is the official magical one to seal the deal and then, we can all breathe a sigh of relief that everything has paid off and we can celebrate and party and rest assured that our beloved OTP is it.
