Yup, Belle’s sad expression makes sense now. Somehow the WWW got control of Rumple’s dagger and he has to follow her bidding, even if he doesn’t to.

As promised, the CS transcript discussion from last nights’ Once Podcast. This was a long one, but omg, really good. I have seriously, never been more proud as a fan to be listening to the podcast. And remember, @RumplesGirl is a hardcore SwanFire fan but omg, she is so awesome here. I really wish we had more discussions’ like last night on the forum itself instead of all the ‘ship wars and fights.

Daniel J. Lewis: And what does she [Emma] remember of Henry’s father?

RumplesGirl: I actually think that she [Emma] remembers everything about Neal, including what he [Neal] did because the only thing for her that was changed was that she kept Henry. So, I think she remembers everything that happened with her and Neal and I think, that’s why Hook’s at the door and not Neal. Because there’s too much history, negative history between Emma and Neal for him to show up. If Neal were to show up at Emma’s door, in New York, the way Emma is right now, I think she’d do a lot worse than kick him.
Daniel J. Lewis: True.
RumplesGirl: So, I think that’s why it had to be Hook because he knows enough about Emma to win her trust. But there’s not that complicated history that’s gonna to make her completely shut him out.
Daniel J. Lewis: And I think that the writers have been hinting towards this direction that Emma, as even though she did confess her love for Neal, that she still loved him, I think they are hinting that she’s moving beyond that and is opening her heart to Hook instead; especially with that little exchange that they had in the mid-season finale. And that Hook is the one who came back
RumplesGirl: Um, I think Captain Swan deserves a chance. I think that there’s a lot of chemistry there. I think Emma deserves a chance to see if she can be in love with someone else. But I also think SwanFire deserves a second chance because I think Emma has to see if she and Neal are still the same people, if they still have a future.
Daniel J. Lewis: They really could go either direction with the story. I know fan communities are all split about which direction this should go…what I can appreciate is that they’re developing these characters and developing them well this third season and pointing them into possible, new directions.Once Podcast, episode 130

I see a sextant and a rope. I think Henry’s learning how to tie a sailor’s knot, similar to what Belle found in her library in The Outsider.
I already wrote possible dialogue that could be used if they go that route.

Blackbeard and Davy Jones are two different pirates, I think. I think BB could be Hook’s dad. I’m excited.
I know they are different, I was just saying that perhaps they are telling us his name is BlackBeard (which isn’t out of the ordinary for a pirate) but in actuality they could be trying to conceal that the character is really Davey Jones, lest we would make the connection from Davey to Killian Jones all too easily. Its like when they were casting for Neal, they called him Jack. Or when they casted Aurora, they called her Anastatsia, and Mulan was called Magnolia, etc.
I don’t think that’s what going on here. I know Davy Jones is a popular head canon for Killian’s dad, but I don’t think Adam and Eddie would mesh two different pirates into one character. I think Black Beard is Black Beard.
I just wrote this funny Star Wars parallel thing in case BB turns out to be Killian’s dad.
If that’s what Adam and Eddie are going for. Maybe, Blackbeard’s a villain and Hook’s dad, we would have a Darth Vader/Luke parallel on our hands. I can see, maybe being a scene where Hook faces off against BB but doesn’t know he’s his father and BB says, ‘No, Killian, I am our father!’
I mean, Adam and Eddie are big Star Wars fans. I wouldn’t put it past them to do something that too.
pirate showdown with Hook as the hero! I got the same vibe why continue to expand If Hook’s character is done for?
I read a meta yesterday, OTPs and their Villains, so the timing of this new spoiler is kind of ironic. Basically, most of the True Love pairings we have seen on OUAT, have their villain that they have to contend with.
For Rumbelle, it was Hook. With Snowing, Regina. Phillip and Aurora, Maleficient. Robin and Regina, there’s the Wicked Witch of the West.. If we’re heading towards Captain Swan being True Love’s at the end of this season and I’m pretty sure we are, they need a villain too. and Blackbeard is probably that villain.
