Josh’s other favorite episode coming this season is 3×05 Good Form. Which we all know it going to be a heavy Captain Swan episode.

ParticipantIt would make for an interesting dynamic. Alice doesn’t know that Jafar is working with her.

Does that mean Blue didn’t banish Tink to NL if her power is only in the EF? Does this mean there are “blue” authority figures in every realm (except WL which I do agree seems to be a “whatever you want goes” sorta place.)
I think once a fairy loses her wings and power, that’s it. There’s no way to get them back unless probably Blue gives them back.

ParticipantI do think Mulan is perhaps best classified as “bi” but I also think she tends to fall in love with personalities rather than any specific gender
I was thinking that Mulan was ‘bi’ too but the second bit, interesting observation.

ParticipantMaybe Anastasia is the Red Queen?

ParticipantAnyway, it was revealed that Silvermist had previously had a one-night stand with the knave and was angry with him for leaving in the middle of the night. Yet, Silvermist still has her wings, despite being unchaste. Silvermist is also vindictive and dropped the knave in the water, even though he couldn’t swim. Perhaps WL fairies get away with a heck of a lot more since there don’t seem to be rules there. Traditionally, fairies like Tinkerbell are quite flippant and volatile since their small size means they can only hold one emotion at a time. Maybe the fairies actually NEED someone strict like Blue Fairy/Mother Superior to keep them in check. Otherwise, they end up being more menaces than benevolent fairy godmother types.

Totally. (Unless PP is our Palpatine figure) I seem to remember everyone laughing about Sneaky Fairy being Sneaky in S1 and 2 whenever we brought it up.
There are just so many things off about her! I agree.

ParticipantWatched the OUATIW from last night and there was an interesting quote from the Knave of Hearts:
When somebody truly loves you, they can never move on.
AHEM, now, I wonder how this could be relevant to another show that Adam and Eddy created? *coughNealmovedonandwasgenuinelyinlovewithTamaracough* Because i’m stumped.
I did catch that line.
I wrote another meta about that kiss. 🙂

A celibate monastic order dedicated to high ideals but a tad myopic seeing things a little too black and white the way Obi-wan and Yoda see Anakin as beyond the pale while Luke knows there to be good in his father and holds true to that despite everything. Luke could certainly teach Blue (and everyone except Henry and Belle ) a lesson or two in faith in my humble opinion.
Yup. Excellent points. A and E are SW lovers as well so I have doubt there are overtones. Does this make Blue Obi-wan or Darth though?
I do. I saw the Jedi = fairies thing a long time ago.
Blue is neither Obi-Wan or Darth. She is Emperor Palpatine, the one pulling all the strings making stuff happen under the facade of good.

I didn’t even think of that, but it works too!
Oh it’s official. Blue is Dark Side.
I agree.
