After reading recent spoilers, I think Regina’s idea of a happy ending will change by the end of this season. Her happy ending to start was to have Robin back, but obviously judging on the finale stuff; that changes. Heroes becomes villains and villains become heroes, it looks like. Not sure if that’s Regina’s doing or Rumple’s. But it wouldn’t surprise me if Regina is still unsatisfied with just having Robin back that she feels the need to further pursue forcing the the author to change her happy ending.
I cringe every time Lana says that Regina’s going to force the author re-write her happy ending. I’m like, you realize, forcing someone is a bad thing right?
[adrotate group="5"]The Vampire Diaries fans are so cheating. They’re using a program called iMacros to vote. I was just looking at the current standings. Captain Swan is currently at 37.6% and and they’re at 62.4%!! Now tell me how is that possible when most of the CS fandom has been sitting behind their computers and voting non-stop and not using a program to automate this stuff?
We’re voting but we’re voting fair, not using a program to automate the process.
I just made one. If that is the case, the costume doesn’t give any hints at all.
Does that mean Jafar is coming to Storybrooke next season?
Also six weeks of working together is a long to time to get to know each other. I can imagine they’ve had all sorts of conversations about Rumple and what the Dark One has done over the years.
Oh yeah, absolutely. Don’t tell me the conversation in the library in 4×12 was the only time they talked to each other. There’s probably countless other times where they had heart to heart talks over what happened.

I think Adam and Eddy have said before, if you loved once and it didn’t work, it’s okay to move on and find a new love. No one is doomed to be miserable and alone for the rest of their life. I don’t want to get too much into rumbelle because this is not a rumbelle thread, but I think what we are seeing here with rumbelle is a reverse true love scenario. Rumple and Belle truly loved each other once but I think it was made clear in the winter finale, Belle is not his only true love. Rumple loves his magic more than he loves her. I’m honestly not sure a true love’s kiss between Belle and Rumple would work now.
Needless to say, it’s going to be a very interesting season for my true love meta.
I’ll say one last thing about Rumple. I don’t think it’s that he’s difficult to love; it’s actually that he doesn’t know how to love properly. There’s a big difference between the two. The first one implies that it’s difficult for other people to love him but the one I just added, means that he doesn’t how to love other people the way they deserve to be loved.
It’s also an interesting contrast between Hook and Rumple’s characters. Killian totally respects people’s agency. As much as he wanted Bae to stay on his ship, he respected his decision to leave. Killian respects Emma’s agency too. He said up front in Dark Hollow, you know how I feel but the decision here is up to you. It was always Emma’s choice and that’s a big thing considering most everything in Emma’s life has been decided for her.
I also think it would be very petty for Belle to continue to have a grudge against Killian. Now, would be an absolutely horrible time to bring that up. We know when Darkness at the Edge of town premiered, six weeks had passed since the winter finale. I know they probably had a talk about what happened and Hook pledging to help however he can to release the fairies from the hat. That’s his penance and I think Belle, like Emma, understands that putting the fairies in the hat was not something he was proud of or even wanted to do!
I think Hook would be one of those people who would stand by Belle and vow to protect her against Rumple. And I love that. I don’t think Rumple would kill Belle, but Hook knows first hand how Rumple reacts when the people he loves rebels against him (ie. Milah).
Belle saw his heart too when Rumple was about to crush it. I don’t think it’s lost on her how Hook’s changed.
I wonder if the former good will have an idea or inkling at least that something isn’t right and set out to fix the problem?
I’m so excited for Robbie Kay in Heroes Reborn. He’s going to be joining Jack Coleman (HRG) and Zachary Levi (Chuck). This series has been a long-time coming since Heroes was cancelled and the promised mini-series was originally scrapped. My only concern is that it’s supposed to be a summer series and the casting so far, seems to be very slow going. Unless it’s late summer, like say August, filming has to start already and they’re still casting for the mini-series!
