I think it’s the first. If that photo is from episode 1-3,  I don’t think JR6 is going to find Henry that quickly.

For me, it would be too repetitive to use the dream as a communication tool.  Snow said the dreams fade in time and I’m with Daniel when he said in one of the podcasts that the dream thing has to be gone now.

Somehow I don’t think Regina would be too keen on helping to rescue Charming.

Can we talk about what might be going on in the picture?

Regina and Snow seem hellbent on pulling whatever/whoever is on the end of the rope.  But Hook seems to be cautioning against it.  My guess is, the mermaids make an appearance very quickly after JR6 arrive in Neverland, and one of them appear as Henry and Snow and Regina are lured into bringing “Henry” on board and Hook’s like, “That’s not Henry!”

Awhile back, before the casting of Peter Pan, I thought, what if Regina has a romance with him? It would be tragic and twisted for Regina to suddenly develop feelings for the guy who kidnapped her son.
