I read that interview with MRJ, and I have a different take on it.

I do not think that there's any romantic feelings between Neal and Emma. That time is long past. What I do think will happen, is that they will have an honest talk about what happened and why, and it'll be more of a breaking up scene then getting back together. It's closure on the relationship basically..

hmm, those are all very good questions. this is the kind of thing, where I think I’d like to see a stand-alone episode just about the guards. it’ll be very bad to watch, but definitely entertaining, if only to see what that interviewing process would be like. because there’s no HR department.
