Lily could also be Emma’s sister – the child of Snow and Charming who did some underhanded dark deal in the past (which has been hinted in the plot point scoops) … I like that story better.
I won’t lie. Lately, in my head, I’ve been toying with the idea that the “secret” the Charmings are keeping is that “there is another” and that Snow had another baby like right after giving birth to Emma. Cause A and E love themselves some Star Wars and they’d think it’d be just too cool if the other one was the anti savior
Except for right after Snow gives birth to Emma, the curse hits. Absolutely zero time for Snowing to make coffee.

Day 24- Least Favourite Episode Overall – Breaking Glass. I appreciate the writers for trying to define Regina and Emma’s relationship but seriously, Breaking Glass for SwanQueen just showed how unhealthy this friendship is to start with. Emma seriously deserves a better friend than Regina and I totally understand why for Emma’s first backstory episode this season, Jen didn’t live tweet at all. It’s because the episode was less about Emma’s character and more about listening to Regina whine about how Emma ruined her life, when in reality, in the old timeline, Robin learning that Regina killed his wife, probably would have killed his future relationship with her anyway. (And oh God, the queer bating…)

What do you all think of the newest Once promo for 4B?
It makes me really excited for the second half. My initial thought are here.
Now, for more spoilerly speculation:
First, the apple. I think generally, we all know what the apple means. There is a curse. But it’s not a sleeping curse, interesting twist given how Maleficent is part of the QoD. So, here’s my theory. I don’t think it’s going to be so easy to corrupt Emma but the QoD and Rumple will need something to “jumpstart” the corruption. Enter the apple. The apple is cursed with darkness. Emma eats it and the darkness starts to gradually take over. I think Emma converting to darkness will be a slow progression (at least that’s what I hope). I don’t want to see corrupted for one or two episodes and by episode three, she’s back to normal. That would be incredibly boring and cliche to me.
I want to see her genuinely fight against the darkness and for Killian, to help her against it. And here’s the beauty, the gem of the whole storyline: Killian was dark when we first met him in season two. He was full-on vengeance mode but at the end of the season, he chose a different path and eventually, it led to him reversing the effects of a dark heart (which is why it’s mostly red with a few black spots). His love for Emma reversed that. So, who knows better to really help Emma fight against the darkness, then a former pirate who did it himself? This storyline is so incredibly perfect for Captain Swan, for Killian. If Emma is cursed as I suspect she is, then there is almost 100% guarantee, we will get a true love’s kiss at some point this season (I think that might be in 4×18).
Here’s another thing. Everyone remember season one episode, “Heart of Darkness” 1×16? So, 4B is basically ‘Heart of Darkness’ as a season-long arc. Snow drank a potion to take her away her love for Charming and in doing so, forgot who she really was. I think the same thing is happening with Emma (minus the potion). But Emma’s still cursed from the apple. And when there’s a curse, there’s only one way to break it. True Love’s Kiss!! Rumple will fail. The Queens of Darkness are going to fail too because villains never win. Our pirate is going to be the Savior’s savior. He’s going to fight for Emma to resist the darkness inside of her and when things get really desperate and it seems like Emma can’t be saved, BOOM!!! True Love’s Kiss!!

Day 23- Favourite Episode Overall – Snow Drifts/There’s No Place Like Home (3×21/3×22). As a whole, everything was perfect. I loved seeing Emma in fairytale land with Hook, seeing Emma react to seeing these people that she interacted with in Storybrooke in their fairytale prime. I loved how for the first time, Emma got to experience the fairytale side of where she comes from and actually be a part of making sure her parent’s love story happens. And now Emma ultimately comes to believe in fairytales herself and that she can happiness and love and also find her way home too.
Now that spoiler about Hook fighting for Emma’s heart makes sense.
Maybe Emma is cursed and that’s why it’s easy for the QoD to corrupt her.
Okay, so when I write fanfics, when I use the term “realm”, typically it’s in reference to someone’s kingdom inside the Enchanted Forest. And I think that’s how it was used on the show too. Like when Abigail sort of kidnapped Charming in What Happened to Frederick, she referred to her father’s kingdom as his realm. I expect if we ever go to Camelot, Camelot would be referenced as King Arthur’s realm.
