Some things I noticed from the first three vids:

Maleficient was referred to as the Evil Queen's sister
It was plainly stated that Baelfire was sent to our world.
Prince Charming's video said that he did die in the pilot but if he died, I guess the curse cushioned him to our world and saved him form ALL the way dying?
