Participanthere’s what I think will happen in season 2:
the first episode will open with them still in Storybrooke, (hopefully still with their FT memories in tact) and preparations will start for the finale battle. I think it’s possible the final battle will take place entirely in Storybrooke and the only time, everyone will go back to FT world is when Good wins.
I don’t want to believe yet that Rumpel is doing this all for himself. There’s a reason he does everything.

Participanthere’s another one from ‘The Price of Gold’ via OUAT Conversations
Henry: Do you know who he IS?
Emma: Yeah, of course I do.
Henry: Really? ‘Cause I’m still trying to figure it out.
Emma: He’s Mr. Gold– oh. Oh, you mean in terms of Cobra stuff
Henry: Yeah. I can’t figure it out
Henry: He holds power over everyone else
Henry: And owns a shop with unique trinkets
Henry: And makes deals with EVERYONE
Henry: This is such a stumper😀 Henry couldn’t figure out who Mr. Gold was, but Emma figured it out right away that he was the only other person in town who had magic in the finale?

Belle needs to be with Mr. Gold!…and Mr. Gold will need to come up with some magic ring for her to wear to protect her when he isn’t around…
I’m really looking forward to their scenes together in Storybrooke, and I know it will be just as sweet..maybe even sweeter than their scenes together in FTL. ***SIGH***
Like an engagement ring? 😆 ‘Cause seriously, if they’re not engaged next season, it better happen at some point at least before the series ends.
I voted for Mr. Gold too.

Only Read if you watched all of Season 1:
1) Who is the fairest of them all?:
Pilot – Snow to Charming:
Snow says to Charming:
“She poisoned an apple because she thought I was prettier than her. You have no idea what she’s capable of”I think that was just a throw-back to the original Snow White cartoon. That was the sole reason why the Evil Queen hated her, because the Magic Mirror declared that she was prettier than her. So really, the Disney Snow White was essentially a ‘beauty contest.’ OUAT gave it more depth though.

I hope so. There’s so much mystery around him like how did he get out of the hat?
Was Jefferson trapped in the hat or did he just hide? I’m still very skeptical about that.

I’m also holding out hope for Mr. Gold. The writers have gone out of their way to show us his vulnerable side for a reason. They want us to see that underneath his powerful facade, he’s just a man. A man with normal needs and desires. Love, family, and yes, even power. We don’t like to admit it to ourselves, but we all lust for power in one form or another. Whether it be in a romantic relationship or at your job. Power dominates us all. Sad, but true.
I agree. I don’t want to believe yet that Rumpel has been totally corrupted by power. There’s a reason why he does everything. I do think his ultimate goal is to find Baelfire now that the curse has been broken, and perhaps, magic will make it easier for him to do that.
I like the idea of Belle being his conscious 😀

To me, it appeared that certain events and actions by certain characters in FTL ran parallel to similar events or actions in SB. A neat way of connecting the storylines in both worlds. Which leads me to a theory…
For season two, I believe one of the major themes for the season will be the arrival of magic in SB, and the disappearing of magic in FTL. I’m not suggesting that the magic in FTL moved to SB, but that magic in FTL was, and had been, disappearing over time.
Luv it, luv this theory. Makes a lot of sense too.
