Two of my favorite scenes are when James traps Snow in the net and demands the ring back and she finishes for the ‘nag with the bad attitude?’ the second is before they part ways at the end of the episode, the expression on his face when she puts on the ring (very impulsively) and he’s like 😯 and she called him ‘James’ finally.
my least favorite favorite was the trolls on the troll bridge. sorry, but they were silly.

In the beginning of the series, I found Rumple transfixing, couldn’t take my eyes off him. His energy and his ability to read people’s souls are sexy to me, plus the fact that it’s RC. But I found Gold sexier until “Skin Deep” showed us the other side of Rumple. That sort of dance he does as he tries to keep a distance from Belle, but yet can’t resist sitting beside her…the way he watches her, admiring yet respectful…the way he really listens to her…and when he leans in and whispers, “Why did you come back?” and you can see how vulnerable he is at that moment…all of it is so sexy that the skin and the teeth become beautiful because they’re part of what makes him Rumple. I’m not sure yet how bael-fire is connected to the character Baelfire, but it’s one possible connection. Baelfire, being a pagan rooted word, could be the good counter-part to the dark one, Zoso, which is another pagan/cult notion. I’m not sure yet, but it’s interesting to ponder.
That’s an interesting name connection I had never read before and your theory that Baelfire is the counter light to the dark one — that is an amazing thought. 😀

It would be a nice parallel to the opening scene of the pilot if you think about it 😀 of Charming finding Snow’s coffin in the woods and “waking her up.”
I saw the same pics on tumblr and thought 😯 That is some kiss! David even lifts her off the ground! I haven’t seen the video but I have it saved to my favorites.

For some reason I had the feeling the Mad Hatter was going to be a good guy that was going to help Emma start to believe that something funky is going on in SB. But from the sneak peaks – he appears to be one seriously deranged dude.
I think the Hatter will still try and convince Emma that something isn't right in Storybrooke. All the spoilers I've read so far allude to that.

I don’t know if you all noticed but during Skin Deep, his skin changes throughout the episode. Like the happier he gets, the shinier his skin becomes. When we see Rumple now, it’s mostly dark — so the color of skin is definitely tied to his mood. Like a ‘mood ring’ except it’s not a ring, it’s his whole body.
