ParticipantI’m not sure that necessarily means Regina is the Evil Queen, just that maybe Snow can’t juggle being both a mom to Neal and mayor.

ParticipantThere are a couple of things that I am concerned about after watching this episode.
We know Rumple is lying to Belle and deep down, I think she suspects that he is. But next episode, is she going to confront him about or act like nothing’s changed between them and the mirror was lying to her?
I feel like it could go the latter. Belle will put herself through self-denial because it’s easier to believe that than the truth.
The second thing I’m worried about is the timing of Belle’s secret. What was the point of that? To show, we know Rumple is keeping several huge secrets from her but Belle keeping this secret is meant somehow to show that she is not entirely perfect, therefore they’re both flawed and the fallout will not be as bad?
If Rumple feels guilty, rather than dig himself deeper, he should tell her before it enviteably comes out in a worse fashion.
I hadn’t thought of the possibility that Rumple had something to do with Belle’s memory loss. I don’t exactly trust Mo. It wouldn’t surprise me if he made a prior deal with Rumple about her memory.

ParticipantI am continually amazed by the many talented artists we have in our ‘ship. I have a pinterest board dedicated to all the beautiful artwork I come across on tumblr. I love them all and at the same time, I feel like it puts my talent to shame. I took drawing in college, I’m okay I guess though I don’t really practice.
But when I see paintings like this…

ParticipantAnd if Emma were offended by Hook’s comments, you’d know that she would tell him that she’s offended and he would probably stop. Hook respects Emma’s agency (there, I remembered what that word was). He didn’t push her to be with him.
He let the choice be hers and even flat out told Charming, that what Hook and Emma become it’s as much as up to her as it is to him. He respects Emma so much that Hook’s not making any assumptions of that their relationship, that what they become is up to Emma. This relationship is her choice, where it goes, how it progresses or doesn’t, is Emma’s choice. It’s Hook’s choice but here, he’s letting her father know that it’s also Emma’s right too.
I love that about him, particularly because it’s what Emma needs in her life. And look, everything she’s done this season alone, speaks volumes about how she feels in regard to Hook.
She asked him out on a date. Emma made the choice to take that leap of faith. She wants to get to know this person outside of a pending crisis but instead, in an intimate and private setting. While on said date, she also made the choice to not let anything get in the way or ruin said date. And made sure to let Hook know the next day that she enjoyed the date, that it meant something to her. Because he is important to her.
The scene in the Sheriff’s station at the end of Breaking Glass. Emma could have chosen not to let Hook see those private things, representative of her childhood. But she’s choosing to trust him, trust that he won’t reject her, trust that he won’t judge her. But Emma chose to open to him, to let Hook see parts of the childhood that she had kept hidden. That’s huge and it also speaks to the level of comfort for Emma that she can be that with him.

ParticipantWhat I find hypocritical, is that the haters see Hook for teasing Emma about Walsh as something nasty, but oh no, when she and Neal exchanged horror stories about their exes [he was engaged to a minion of Peter Pan, who was also his grandfather, and Emma almost married a monkey] that’s somehow okay.
But I get the gist of what that meta was saying. Hook knows that Emma likes him but has no idea, if those feelings are only liking him or loving him; which he clearly loves her.
Here’s the thing though, Hook is a patient man especially when it comes to Emma. I think he knows that she cares for him, as evident by her speech at the end of Rocky Road in the street. She wants to protect him because she can’t lose him the way she’s lost other people in the past (Graham, Neal, Walsh).
All of these people died on her and she doesn’t want this to happen to Hook. Granted, we know Hook is excellent at surviving but it’s a legitimate concern on Emma’s part because she is genuinely invested in making this relationship work.
She’s falling in love with Killian. I don’t think she’s at true love level yet, but she’ll get there with time.

ParticipantThis is very impressive.

ParticipantI think it’s difficult to choose only 5 moments when there’s been so many great moments.
Every scene of them together in the season 3 finale was awesome. Just golden. The kiss outside Granny’s is definitely #1. I loved the moment from Breaking Glass, at the Sheriff’s station. Both really, but the one I really love is when Killian said that he wanted to know more about Emma’s beginnings. The date was beautiful. And I want Emma’s dress. She was just stunning.

ParticipantI could also see the women reacting really differently too. Like Regina would take it personally if the girl rejected Henry, Emma would tell him to follow his gut and just leave him to figure it out on his own, Belle would give him a library’s worth of romance novels and tell him to read them, and Snow would be really meddlesome and try to have a word with the girl (probably causing more problems than solutions).
The more I think about it the more I feel we need this to happen, especially since we haven’t gotten too much of Henry this season.
I hadn’t really given much thought to how the females in Henry’s life would react to him having a crush on a girl and what kind of advice they would give him. I can see this being the case though.
