ParticipantWas having some fun in the chat earlier, and wanted everyone to see the idiocy of me
so anyway, the dagger is convincing Rumpel to kill Zelema: *to the tune of “Do You Wanna Build A SnowMan?”: Dagger: *knocks* Rumpel? Do you wanna kill Zelena? Come on, let’s go and slay. No one will see her anymore, we’ll lock the door, and hide the corpse awaaayyy. I know you said you wouldn’t, but it’s just me and you, let’s go watch Zelena diiiieeeee….. Do you wanna kill Zelena? We don’t have to tell Reginaaa Rumpel: Okay, dearie. Dagger: This witch shall diiiieeee >:)
I would pay good money for this whole “song” to be put up on youtube, with Milah then Pan then Zeleena, or maybe a verse like “do you want to kill the dark one?” maybe I should write that one.

ParticipantThe plot I would love to see over a few episodes. Henry is skyping -or whatever video chatting people use- with his old friends in New York City. He at first tries to hide the reality he lives in from his friends, but then grows more confident and realizes that not everyone is like the “home office”. Later, as a result of this, he gets a crush on one of his New York friends. I don’t now my head canon for finale of the entire series includes Henry with a family of his own reading from his Once Upon A Time book something like “and the citizens of Storybrooke lived on, secure in their mundane normal existence.”

July 1, 2014 at 2:13 pm in reply to: Why did Blue Fairy split up Dreamy and Nova?- Possible answer. #275885once_dude
Participantyet another theory on why Blue Fairy split up Dreamy and Nova. This one is really crack and some would say impossible.
I relate this to two separate events. 1. The Blue Fairy instructs Jiminy (who became a cricket) to look after Gipetto and later Gipetto instructs him to be Pinnocchio’s conscience. This last part and the Blue Fairy’s major involvement in Pinnocchio’s story in contrast to her lack of involvement in say Snow or Regina’s stories means that she is somehow knowledgable about how the story of Pinnocchio is supposed to go. Far fetched you say? This brings us to parallel example 2.
2. Cinderella is marvelling at the glass slippers which her fairy godmother Rumpelstiltskin has just conjured with the former fairy’s wand. “Glass,” she exclaims. “Every story needs a memorable detail.” says Rumpelstiltskin laconically. This would also point to Rumpelstiltskin having some knowledge of how stories are supposed to go in the way we know them. Still not convinced? Let’s look earlier in Rumpelstiltskin’s career, teaching Cora, a Miller’s Daughter, to spin straw into gold. Now granted, we know that Cora got that idea from her scheming suitor Jonathan, but where did he get it? from Rumpelstiltskin perhaps? Ah but how does this all relate to Dreamy and Nova.
3. Conclusion: the Blue Fairy knew the story of Snow White, knew there were to be seven dwarves and one was to be named Grumpy. To keep this one dwarf from leaving the “nest” she gave him a story that would change his personality trait. Also, she somehow knew that Stealthy would be killed by a guard of King George.
My far flung theory in summation: Rumpelstiltskin and the Blue Fairy have intimate knowledge of how stories are supposed to go and guide the stories in that direction. With the powers of “sight” on this show, that can be slightly, but not altogether, explained. I prefer to think that there is some sort of pattern written into the fabric of their universe, the same sort of pattern that says something along the lines of “Tinkerbelle must eventually be banished to Neverland.”

May 22, 2014 at 12:07 am in reply to: Who/Why Do You Think Elsa Is Connected To In Our Core Cast (Friend, Foe, Family) #270884once_dude
ParticipantI like all of these theories what I absolutely do not want: Elsa is another of Rumple’s students. Seriously that plotline has been used thrice, and that is enough. Any more and Rumple will have to hold classes at Hogwarts. We knew she ran across him, but I don’t want that to be the primary connection. If we see Elsa in present day Storybrooke do we see Anna as well? Will and Christoph would totally be bros. Both are rough around the edges sorts but fiercely loyal to their friends, Christoph could teach will the importance of family.

ParticipantOk answering a lot of our questions on this page.
Why didn’t Rumple cast his own curse? The prophesy said he couldn’t. ‘You will not cast the curse, someone else will, you will not break the curse, someone else will Therefore it never occurred to him. ” What about the memories, the 28 years, the new identities? I have no ideas, was that just Rumplestiltskin flare? Was that Evil Queen flare?
Who is Reul Ghorm and what does it mean to be original power? When I heard the phrase original power the first time I thought: did the blue fairy create everything? Over time, I heard another interesting theory: she is Malcolm’s wife and Rumple’s mom. She somehow got corrupted by power and became the original power Also Reul Ghorm I think it was mentionned blue star.
What happened to the magic beans, how did they get away? Most mysterious question, my tentative answer: They were hoarded by time traveling Zeleena who is secretly not dead. (makes about as much sense as everything else)
the dark one’s power does not belong in our realm… except for that vault that is right over there. and the fact that the duke and presumably his ancestors kept the dark ones and controlled them.
my magic does not work well iwht fairy magic and the fairy godmothers wand now this is not necessarily incompatible, after all they are a century apart and so rumple could have learned to channel fairy magic by then.
when did he learn straw into gold? it was the first magic he picked up being a spinner in his past profession.
did the curse already exist? I am going with no for this one. The prophesy made it seem like Rumple would create the curse, and if one watches Rumple’s conversation with Belle in the Story brooke Library in Crocodile it made it seem like he had to invent the curse.
These are my answers. Discuss.

Participantmy opinion on Neal’s death has not changed:
Neal was being stupid and out of character!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He and Belle at the time of dark one vault opening knew it was a scam by at least Lumiere and at most the wicked witch. Neal knew that Rumple had sacrificed himself to save him and Belle. Neal undid this even though he clearly knew that it came with a price.
If there is anything that Neal’s story has taught us magic always comes with a price.
1. Neal and his dad part 1: Baelfire’s dad has to completely change and take on a monster the dark one in order to save his son.
2. Neal and his dad part ii: Pied Piper, Neal wants to escape but also wants his father, Rumple gets tricked by his dad.
3. Neal warns Wendy John and Michael to stay awy from magic.
4. Neal unwittingly is a pawn of Tamara.
In short why Neal why, stupid writing. stupid stupid stupid!!!!!!!
