Participantwhere are you getting this movie information? i once heard of a movie but then it got scrapped. i hope what you are saying is true. if so i will have to see if i can find them again and reread them. you know who would be great for Julius Root? Jamie Dornan. seriously he has the tenacity and type of accent to play Root. I dont know who would cast as Artemis though. keeping wiht my once casting how about Amy Acker for Holly? lol Once has corrupted my knowledge of actors (then again maybe Amy Adams would also be good for Holly)

Participantalthough i like this question, and i agree that it could have possibly been healthier for Emma to go to Storybrooke 11 years early than for her to birth Henry in jail, the point that RumplesGirl made was valid as usual.
However here’s a what if scenario for you all: What if, insead of August coming to Baelfire at the terrible timing moment that he had, August had come to Neal the day before. Neal could have gone in, knowing that he would be sent back to prison, and Emma could have given birth (well not in a hospital they could not have afforded that) but in a hotel room, or in the bug.
That way Emma would still have the question about adopting Henry but not have the scars of jail.

Participantabout this main theory: sure why not? Rumple could have seen Henry be pan and hte body switch and been acting consciously to thwart that. It does not matter that was not what was written but Henry being Pan was definitely a big part of his undoing. i can accept it for the crack theory that it is because in a world where the character sees the jigsaw of the future he can see things that have not been written for the audience to view. In fact, Adam and Eddie regularly travel to Storybrooke to get the next pieces of the puzzle from Rumplestiltskin.
On my own need: Now that we know Rumple has the power of prophesy (and yes I have been saying this since Manhattan) we need to see an episode wherein we see a vision with a bunch of jumbled pieces of the future puzzle, (maybe like a whole 1 minute scene with flashes from the future) and then see Rumplestiltskin piecing it together for the next part of that season. i think it would be interesting to see the world through a seers eyes.
For instance: in this vision, Rumple sees Emma with Hook in an embrace. Rumple being a Swan Fire shipper, works in the next scene to make his former vision impossible. (lol i am sure if the show did something like what i was suggesting they would not use that example)

Participantwhat did rumpelstiltskin want jiminys parents for? to be creepy puppets in mr. gold’s pawn shop.
how did hook figure out where everyone was? very simple answer: he asked snow white who could not keep a secret.
how did rumpelstiltskin plan to find baelfire without the globe he wanted to just take Emma on a roadtrip to everywhere she had ever been because he knew she would be connected to baelfire through fate. lol.

ParticipantFelix was the dead bottom of my list too. I had a lot of ties for the 25th spot and other slots further down the list.
1. rumpelstiltskin (obviously)
2. snow white
3. david
4. neal
5. emma
(surprised i did not get Belle or Regina somewhere on my list)

Participantproof that i am cursed by the show:
1. a few terms back i had a psychology class on personality theories. We were tasked with analyzing a person be they real or ficitonal from three theoretical perspectives. I chose Rumpelstiltskin. I got a 90 lol.
2. When I am at the bus stop sometimes to stop myself from being bored I recite all the episode titles in order.
3. I have actually found a way to insert “magic comes with a price” when some of my friends were talking about video games.
while simba the lion king is working on his roar, i am working on my evil dark one gigle.

Participantso in season 5 of Castle, we are now on its sixth season, Raphael Sbarge played a hunter of bigfoot. just thought you all should know. his character was of course, mainly comic.

Participantthis is disappointing to me: as an English major I a most familiar with the tales told by Disney rahter than those told by Grimm and Anderson.
However here are my picks: 1. snow White 2. Rumpelstiltskin 3. the Pied Piper 4. Peter and the Wolf (since that was said as a fairytale) 5. Brementown musicians. 6. the six soldiers (i remembered it from the once upon a time collection) 7. i forget its proper name but it was about two mice and a tub of fat.
modern fairytales: Alice in wonderland, through the looking glass and what alice found there, peter pan. (i have not read wizard of oz yet but that is next)
