The whole premise of this episode didn’t make sense (perhaps someone can explain?).
It was possible for both Facillier and Ivy to get the magic they needed from Anastasia without Ivy endangering her sister’s life. All either had to do was ask. There was no need for Facillier to trick Ivy to get the magic for himself/Regina, and Ivy is intelligent enough and knows enough about magic to figure about that asking would have been sufficient.
All that illogical drama was created to have an emotional bonding session between Regina and Facillier, and Anastasia and Ivy. The ends didn’t justify the means. The characters need better thinking patterns. But I guess I am expecting too much at this point.

Maybe some of the coven’s witches are residing in SB, and Regina didn’t want to tip off Drazella (and now Eloise) where SB is in order to prevent Eloise from completing the coven.
If I am right, it would mean that the potential witches could be (sticking to the women only)
-Emma
-Mal
-Lily
-Any witches from the Land of Untold Stories, which might include the theme park ride witch what’s-her-name.
Other idea:
If HH is in the past, then there could be another Regina in living in SB, which is in the present. I would if Regina has everyone’s telephone numbers to allow her to contact Emma (and Emma could visit HH alone) which would avoid her meeting with herself? If not, there is always email or FB (so Regina would need to get herself an account). I dunno maybe even just the act of calling/messaging/emailing will mess with SB’s time line.

This gives evidence to the rumors of Facilier being Regina’s new love interest. Intriguing choice, if true.
Noooo, I mean…how will they redeem him in time for him to be good enough for Regina? I understand that 10 years has passed since tricking Tiana, but I would prefer NOT to get a rushed explanation as to how he turned good.
I was holding out for Tramp from Lady and the Tramp but to no avail…..Would rather see him with Zelena….

I wonder if the eight/pointed symbol (star?) is related to this coven of witches? That they need 8 witches to activate it’s power if it is not simply a symbol for their covern?
I’d say that’s a good guess since they seem to be all standing on a giant symbol of it in the promo.

Well, that’s certainly different.
Could this be more than a reference? I know nothing about this character. Could she be one of the 8 witches?

I completely forgot about this plot point. Since Lady Tremaine is now on their side (?????) does that mean the Resistance is over? Did it even really get off the ground??

I think Tremaine is now on their side, yes.

The return of Tiger Lily is odd for a few reasons. First, it suggests that Henry and Tiger Lily have any sort of meaningful connection when what has been shown is the exact opposite. Did Henry (when played by Jared) even meet Tiger Lily?? Second, Tiger Lily’s reinsertion back into the story raises more questions than it answers about some of the logistics of the narrative. Like how on earth Henry got ahold to Tiger Lily; how she traveled to the New!EF; what she’s even capable of doing (she did next to nothing this episode); and why Henry turned to her over, say, his mother (in universe, not out of it).
If she is Lucy’s FG, then the connection would be with Lucy, and she would just intuitively appear (without warning or without being summoned) at Lucy’s birth or when Lucy needs her the most. She is a fairy who has not been banished, so I am sure she has no trouble crossing realms and also taking people with her. In which case, it would be quicker and more efficient for Henry to ask/agree to TL taking him to EF 1 rather than his mother. Meanwhile, Regina was needed to try and stop the curse in the other realm. She can’t be in two places at once.
My concern is why yet again, the Fairies where not as helpful at an earlier stage as they could have been.

3) Favorite new character is Alice. Least favorite is Cinderella 2
4) Archie, Robin Hood, EQ, Maleficient, the mirror
5) Regina waking up. Least favorite: the rape
6) most of it. The rape. The resistance. Henry’s rushed romance with Cinderella. How the curse was cast. Drizella’s magical ability coming out of nowhere. It not being clear about who rejected who between Tremaine and Drizella. Ana being the guardian (she hasn’t suffered enough to be one), the messed up Timeline that the writers can’t be bothered to explain, it just goes on and on….
7)Answers to all the questions they have created in this season, and filling all the plotholes (which will never happen). A love interest for Regina that is NOT Dr. Facillier.
