As for EQ & Robin Hood living happily ever after…I’d say yeah, they lived happily ever after. How…I don’t know because in Wish Realm, King Henry and the guards are still hunting her down and Robin’s still an outlaw at large, so….I just like to think the best in this case. It would have been so much better, had Henry sent EQ into another parallel realm as her younger self meeting younger/pre outlaw Robin Hood at the Tavern and show Page 23 coming true, that would have been perfect.
I thought sending them to wish realm was silly for the same reasons. Perhaps we’re meant to think that Robin and EQ were sent to wish realm past, remember wish Robin was younger than he should have been (as was Nottingham) in the real enchanted forest so maybe he was sent back into his own timeline at about the time when Tinkerbell said he and Regina were meant to be together, but allowed to keep his memories of everything that had happened before. That way in theory Snow and Charming could still meet somehow even without EQ chasing them, Emma could still be born, she could still meet Bae somehow (but how?!!!!) and have Henry so that eventually the new kinder Regina, married to Robin Hood for forty years or so by then, could see her Henry again…albeit as his step-great grandmother.
This theory could explain why no one ran screaming out the tavern when the EQ entered it.

March 28, 2017 at 4:44 am in reply to: 6×14 “Page 23” – – What was your favorite and least favorite moments #335106onceaholicParticipantSomebody might want to point out to Henry that he is sending his mom to a realm where his alter ego is trying to kill the Evil Queen for the murder of Snow White and Prince Charming. Awkward
I thought about this too. She gets lumped with the murder of Snow and Charming and the kidnap of the princess. Not much of a fresh start. It’s a great start for the Evil queen. A horrible start for a redeemed Queen starting her new chapter with love and all that. I wonder if Henry did it intentionally they really need to check in with them later. Regina: Hey Wish!Robin. How’s EQ? RH: Oh, she was executed.
I was totally confused by this decision, too. The only way it would make any sense would be if season 7 is in the Wish Realm with Good-Evil (Geevil?) queen on the run, and this is a set up for that.
I definitely would have preferred reintegration. And I am very sad to see Robin go again. I also continue to be irritated by Hook still not having worked hard enough to earn his redemption.
Lana’s acting though, wow. Why is she never picked up for other shows????
7/10 overall, I guess.
edit: did anyone else notice that no one ran away this time when EQ entered the pub???

onceaholicParticipantTonight, Regina beat the Evil Queen with love instead of hate. Did it feel like a fitting end to this story? Will the Evil Queen and Robin Hood live happily ever after?
Not sure, if Henry is out to get them because he thinks she killed his grandparents. I have to say, sending them to the WWW was a bit silly, given the danger they are in. The only way this would make sense is if this is setting up for a season 7 or a spin-off to be in WWW with Good-Evil Queen on the run.
However, I guess David’s wish was fulfilled-she got exactly what she deserved (in the eyes of the writers), love and a fresh start. (But she would also kinda deserve to live not too comfortably, always knowing that Henry is a few paces behind her).
Overall though, I wasn’t satisfied. She should have been reintergrated, then she should have given the hearts back and fix a few other messes. This would have been a satisfactory conclusion for me.

onceaholicParticipantEy up, Jafar’s back.
So Eric is missing…I thought he and Ariel went off to some island somewhere for their happy ending?
I guess Hook will end up meeting Jasmine, Jafar etc and will do something heroic that will make him feel better about himself and prove to himself that he has definitely changed and deserving of a happy ending (barf).

onceaholicParticipantthe Evil Queen learns a surprising lesson about the true source of her misery
…..Huh? I’m guessing she was supposed to meet RH a long time ago but someone messed up the course of her story? Blue Fairy? Tink?
The author, seeing as Regina believed she made a choice with no input from anyone else.

onceaholicParticipantLana Parrilla is truly a gift to this show! But for this episode, I don’t want this to be about a fight for Robin Hood’s life or heart, this should be as a fight for Snow White, one of the many reasons for the Evil Queen’s existence. It started with Regina/Snow/Evil Queen and that’s how this needs to end. This is a moment where the show could come full circle by showing incredible development for Regina & Snow White, by placing Regina on the frontlines of war for her step-daughter, and Snow could actually be the one to help unite Evil Queen & Regina back together.
This would be a lovely way to end the show.
And yes, LP is amazing. They are lucky to have her.

onceaholicParticipantI am curious to find out what the loophole is for them to be able to destroy each other and live to tell the tale.
Apparently Evil Queen is holding the shears somewhere in the promo, so that might be their loophole.
well spotted, I didn’t see those.
If that is the case, then EQ is Regina’s fate and the shears will cut her from them. However, I would be very disappointed with this storyline; Regina needs to battle the EQ within herself. Afterall, this is what this show is all about, right? Making the right choices? And good choices lead to good things (eventually) so always have hope?

onceaholicParticipantThe drop is very disappointing but not surprising.
Last week’s episode may have put off a lot of viewers, including hard core fans, and they may have thrown in the towel. The part I am talking about is Hook being Charming’s father’s killer. I imagine most of the viewers are now the hard core fans, and most of these seem to be Captain Swan shippers. Meanwhile, among the casual viewers, Some people may be thinking that it is too much last-minute drama re: Captain Swan, others might think that the plot point is too melodramatic, and others again might be wanting for their HE to come quicker seeing as this show is about hope. Audience members looking for a show about hope may have also been disappointed by Regina getting tortured again via WWW! Robin not being interested in her…..
….Not to mention him being coming through the portal was not given a decent enough explanation. OUAT regularly provides hand-wavy explanations for magical and non-magical events, but this was by far one of their most gust-creating hand-flaps to date.

onceaholicParticipantWell there goes my theory about EQ and Regina’s show down happening in the last episode ”The Final Battle”
I am curious to find out what the loophole is for them to be able to destroy each other and live to tell the tale.
I want the writers to reintegrate Regina and the EQ but given the title and the fact that this is Sean’s final appearance, I think EQ and Wish!Robin go back to the WishRealm and live HEA
Please let this not be true….
