Tonight we watched as Rumbelle came to an end after a life lived together, in love and happy, without magical aid. What did you think of the end to this popular ship? Did they do it justice? And what about Rumple’s refusal to use magic for the span of Belle’s life with him?
Last time we saw them, Rumple was being abusive again, and I said at the time that the two of them should stay apart. I still stand by this statement. If this episode had showed the reasons why Belle gave him another chance (reasons other than helping her save Gideon), then perhaps one foot would have been on board with this episode, but overall, I really didn’t like this episode because it hand-waved all his abuse away. So did this episode do it justice? No, it didn’t. I would have been better for them to be apart.

I guess maybe the bullet woke him up. Well the bullet and ghost Belle. Poor chip smashed again. Why must they always pick on chip!

Also: what’s a guardian? who’s a guardian?
The guardian could be Alice. The switch in scenes from Belle mentioning the guardian to Alice jumping out of the portal and almost knocking Rumple over could be a hint. It took a while to find each other because Rumbelle were on the edge of Realms (a Realm on the edge of Realms???) along with this new Cinderella, Henry etc, and Alice had to have a reason and the ability to get there. I don’t think she is Rumple’s guardian, but perhaps the guardian of the universes/realms/the natural order of things, a job that might pass from one person to the next, like the Author.

Guess 99.9% of us were wrong! Alice is probably Roger’s daughter if the final scene of them playing chess is any indication. Now the theories begin: how were they separated? Who is Alice’s mother? Will there be any conversation about Alice being gay? Did you like this reveal or are you bummed Alice isn’t a Rumbelle baby/granddaughter?

The Secret Garden is also a book title. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Secret_Garden Its about a little orphan girl who works hard to revive a dead garden which as it blooms it sort of the heals the hearts of the hurting and her ill cousin who is distance from his father.
Ooooh, Mary and Dickon! Definitely one of my extremely early girlhood ships.
This book, one of my childhood favourites, was my first thought 🙂

I would prefer to see Tiana and Hook together.
But knowing the writers, it would be Hook 2 and Regina.
Afterall, they had EQ kill Marian in the original timeline, only imprison her in the second time line (because she escaped), and had Zelena rape Robin, which means that the writers confuse eeewww and icky with good drama.

Maybe the 8th witch will be Robyn. How old would she be now? Maybe 15?
As @PantheMan says, maybe something to do with the directional witches in Oz. I am hoping that it is the 8th witch in the Mills family tree, but I don’t think the writers would do that, unfortunately.
However, either of these could be fun as far as I am concerned 🙂
