I’m an Emma/Hook shipper. If it turns out they do something with that, don’t let that scare you. There’s no way they could abandon Rumbelle. In fact, I bet they will do a lot more with that (first comes love, then comes marriage….you know the rest).

But here’s an idea- everyone who thinks these threads about Hook are getting boring, stop posting in them…. That way they will go down from the top and make way for the more interesting threads, if you post something in them instead that is.I think that’d be a lot easier said, than done. Anytime you have any subject people care about (I know the characters are make-believe, but I think everyone here can agree that posters are also rooting for their favorite actors), and where emotions run into the mix, you’re going to have disagreements. That’s because the opinions and feelings people put behind their posts are sincere.
I think we (me included) need to think about every topic from a 360˚ angle. When we approach any subject from an introverted position, we’re blinded to possibilities, to creativity, and we learn nothing. With that, nothing substantial is gained, and we can only hurt ourselves by only seeing 1/2 of the picture we’re looking at.
Let’s just all give eachother, our favorite characters, the characters who we don’t like, and even the actors the benefit of the doubt, and the same measure of grace and respect we’d ask to receive for ourselves. If any show-writers read this board, I’m going to ask that they do the same. If we do that and keep an open mind, this will be a much more pleasant place to be

Buzzsugar’s poll, other forums, and twitter make it look like Hook is a total 100% slam dunk. Not everybody likes him, so he may be an 85% slam dunk. Either way, ABC did a good job with him. He’s getting them some good ratings, great press, and a whole heck of a lot of tweets. That’s free advertising for OUAT, and just encourages more people to watch. For long as he is a productive element for them, I hope ABC will exploit the full potential this formula contains.Aesop —
Yeah, I don’t think the squabble theory is going to hold any water. Yes, show-business is “cut-throat”, and is way too weighed down with lawyers and unions. Still the same, these people are professionals (just like MD said). If anything, I’d say Sarah’s “forest-for-the-trees” thought train has more credibility than to suggest somebody is out there trying to sabotage “Hook” for their clients. This is an online poll regarding which tv couple had the most sexual tension in 2012. As of right now, look at who are running in a very, very close second-place.
Votes are still being taken. O’Donoghue and Morrison are still leading the poll by a large majority (49%), but I don’t know how long it’ll be before results are permanentely recorded by Buzzsugar.
If anybody here hasn’t voted and would like to, they might like to go ahead and do so.

I know he basically insulted her by comparing her to the bean, but at the end of the episode we see that the bean gets rejuvinated by the waters of Lake Nostos. Emma also goes through these waters. Maybe this foreshadows that she will be able to trust again, maybe Hook?

Besides, I want to see how he’s going to react, when he finds out the real reason why he got left on that beanstalk. If he is the kind of guy he was telling her he is in FTL, he’ll probably feel (or, at least should feel) like a real jerk after what he did in that cave.
