ParticipantThis is really interesting. In the last episode, Rumple used a magic wand he said came from a fairy nobody would miss. Maybe somebody misses her after all, and wants her own revenge for yet, another murder.
I wondered if that fairy might be Tinkerbell.
Two causes for revenge, may equal a partner in crime, and something very ugly for Rumplestiltskin…especially if it turns out that Hook is Peter Pan, and doesn’t know yet that it was Rumplestiltskin who killed her. If I’m right, then when he finds out, look out world!

ParticipantDon’t worry. It’ll simmer down a little. Elle is right. Colin O’Donoghue’s fans will still love him and Hook will still be enjoyed and wanted on the show, but he won’t be primary topic of conversation once the “new” wears off.
The “Hook is going to die” stuff should simmer down, too. Besides, if ABC did that at this point, based on what I’m seeing elsewhere, I think they might have to start looking for clubs and flaming torches.

Oh come on ! I’m just messing with you 😀
Did you really believe it could be true ? because that actually makes me a little proud of my writing abilities
😀 So no I just made it up. Don’t put any rumours out there.Be proud. You’re good! Thanks. You saved me from making a fool of myself (more).

In the true spirit og K&H, I would have too say “The question we should really be asking ourselves is. What would enyone have to gain, by it being the truth ?”
Seriously, if this is not true, I need to know because if it is, this will find its way to ABC’s board today and I don’t want to start any unsubstantiated rumors.
And to answer your question: Nothing. Aboslutely nothing to gain. Everything to loose though, out of really really dumb ideas.

ParticipantPlease tell me that is a joke. Regardless as to which side of the isle one might stand on Hook living or dying, that sounds really, really, really……….well, dumb.
It’d be a real short-change for the fans, too.If this is true, it’s going to find its way over to ABC’s board. Before it does though, I need to know if this is a joke because I don’t want to start any unsubstantiated rumors. So please, seriously, let me know if this is for real.
If so, let the protests begin!

See the comment in bold red. That’s up to the writers….and how they choose to let the slate they have impact what they do, or choose not to do.
They can unite Emma and Hook in season 3, and make it all fit…if they want to.
Exactly.. this is their show they know how things will play out
Exactly. It is their show.
Not so exactly: I don’t watch a tv show to ooh and aww over a writer’s artistic abilities. I watch for the character. Why does anybody become attached to a tv character? As I said in a post, I watch a tv show because I want to escape from reality for a little while. Why might a writer be blind to that? Because they’re too close to the forest, to see the trees.
If Hook dies, that’ll be the last straw for me. Like said elsewhere, not that anybody cares, I’m just saying so. I won’t be able to watch the show anymore. I’m tired of people who live in a vacuum, dragging my heart through the dirt.

ParticipantNot annoyed, yet. What I am annoyed by, is all the death. I’m also annoyed by writers who sorry, but like said before, don’t lift a finger in their brain cells to find more material. I realize you didn’t say there’d be no use for Hook, but the implication of that possibility is in your statements. To believe there would be no use for him, would be a blind and irresponsible statement to make. Blind to creativity, and irresponsible for not even trying.
If Hook dies, I probably won’t watch the show anymore. Not that anybody cares, but I’m just saying so. The reason? I am tired of having my heart dragged around by people who live in a vacuum. I know it’s just a story, but why do people become loyal viewers of any program? Because they get attached to its characters. Why? I watch tv to escape reality. Not, to be reminded of it. If I’m going to use a particular program to spend that time with, I’d like to know the writers of that program appreciate it.
Why don’t writers get attached to tv characters, namely the ones they write about? Because of the same reason why somebody who works at a restaurant may not care one way or the other, about eating the type of food they serve anymore. Yes, I know that on a first-hand basis. They’ve seen so much of it, that they have become numb to a consumer’s perspective. It’s like somebody who burns themselves so many times, that the nerves in that finger don’t work anymore. It’s lost its ability to feel and thus, becomes blind.

What I want to happen is that once she finds out what truly happened she puts on Graham’s jacket and finally mourns him, no one can find her except for Killian who just sits down next to her because he knows there is nothing he could say to make things better so they just sit together in silence for a few minutes then she tells him all the Graham story and he comforts her (Yes I’ve thought of this a lot)
That sounds like it’d be a great scene. It’d also be a good place, where she tells Hook about Neal.

About Aurora’s heart: Hook is a chess player. Remember; He gave her heart to Mulan, for it’s return to Aurora. He might be a bit devious, but he is strategic all the way.
That can change. Eventually, I want to see redemption from Hook.I’d also like to see the show do more with him. They think the women were mad when they killed of Graham? If Hook dies, I think a lot of people will be tired of letting a tv show drag their hearts in the dirt. I will be.

so let’s not get into shipwars please.
We’ve all got our opinions and we’re all entitled to them so there really is no use for fighting is there?
Holy…. crap. LOL
Taking things a bit too personal and/or defensively, eh? I wasn’t even dissing Hook and Emma getting together. I didn’t say anything about any ship.
Just pointed out that saying Neal was a bad influence but not Hook is just… well, funny.
Because they’re both bad influences. She’s a bad influence. Like you said, they’re all screw ups. Yes someone thinking Hook is a good influence right now is pretty hilarious
I have absolutely no interest in any type of “ship war.” But, I do have my opinion and will express it. Wasn’t arguing. So… thanks so kindly for freaking out.
Sorry I didn’t make myself clear I wasn’t implying that you were dissing anyone or that you wanted to diss anyone I was talking in general (sadly it’s been my experience that these kinds of things escalate to shipwars which really are the worst) didn’t mean to imply anything just being preemptive.. So I apologize sometimes the things in my head don’t translate completely when I write them down
Yes they’re all screw ups that’s why I love them (because I don’t hate Neal btw I don’t particually like him a lot yet but I don’t hate him)
I agree she has not looked at him romantically (she recognizes a kindred soul and she almost trusted him in tallahassee hence the leaving him up there with the giant) and I don’t want them together right that would be all kinds of bad (it’s alright in fic but in the show nope) mostly because neither of them are at a place where a relationship could work
Emma needs to learn to open herself and trust others (and she needs closure over Neal before she can start anything with anyone, even Neal himself) and she needs to like you said spend time with her family and get to know her father (i’m singling him out because she knows/loves/trusts henry and she’s basically either already trusting snow or she’s almost there…but she doesn’t know Charming and she wasn’t a fan of David) and there is nothing that I’m looking forward to more than Charming/Emma scenes (I need them, especially since they are soo alike!)
Hook is all focused on his revenge and until he does something with that he won’t be able to move on to anything, not love not friendship
I shipped them from the first promo of emma holding a knife to his neck (I’m weird I know) and I know some of my friends shipped them from that point as well but I think it got popular after their interactions in Tallahassee and it just escalated from there
See the comment in bold red. That’s up to the writers….and how they choose to let the slate they have impact what they do, or choose not to do.
They can unite Emma and Hook in season 3, and make it all fit…if they want to.
