It’s evening on the 21st here in Oz right now, and I can safely say it was an utterly disappointing apocalypse. Not a single zombie in sight. I feel a tad ripped off. *sigh*
Well, I keep wondering how many people who fell for the 21st apocalypse decided to “live it up”, and bought into those no payments, no interest until 2013 deals for furniture and appliances. If a lot of people did, then I’ll bet they are in a world of regret at the moment.
[adrotate group="5"]As the show progresses, if the “outside world” does have any interaction with Storybrooke at all, then they should approach the subject of how some negative consequences might result (i.e., drugs, texting and driving, etc,.). They probably should deal with issues like that, especially since kids watch the show too. They’ve already dealt with teen pregnancy with Cinderella.

Are there any fairy tale characters from the south (Southern US)? The only one I can think of is Johnny Appleseed.
I know I started this madness with a post about my concerns sometime last month (or was it October?), and I am writing to say I’m sorry because this is like the Frankenstein monster. It’s taken on a life of it’s own!
Yesterday, somebody had an idea to just not reply to these things. Because emotions are attached to what people post about, I don’t know if that’s possible, but I’m going to try it out. I just won’t reply to anything about Captain Hook dying anymore. If we all do that, maybe this will eventually stop.
